One of my favorite parts of my workout after I've finished weights is selecting a 15 min stretching workout to finish up in the workout room. There are literally thousands of workouts for you to choose from. They have showers, as well. After I was done with my lift, I shared conversations with a few people and this proved that even the clientele are great. As a final note, I spoke with the young lady at the front desk (I can't remember her name but she was blonde and had braces) and she was so polite and professional that she was able to singlehandedly contribute to my satisfaction with this gym.
