Her personal attention and extensive use of props help me to be settled and thoughtful in my poses, and to safely access parts of my body that I didn't know existed! Every class is different and purposefully constructed. She provides instruction, demonstration, individual modifications and props as needed so that each student can experience and benefit from their own safe and accessible version of a pose. Her classes are engaging and challenging for my 50-something body, as well as my husband and our 23 year old daughter. I highly recommend Diana for both beginning and experienced yogis.

The first thing that really set A Good Stretch apart was the focus on the individual and doing poses safely. I've had many friends hurt themselves trying to do a yoga video at home. Diana asks that you fill out a questionnaire regarding your goals and any injuries or health problems. She then uses that to tailor a program for you. You are allowed to go at your own pace and comfort level with individualized instruction. Every class I am amazed what my body can do and how great I feel. And, it's been really great for my posture! Having this one on one attention is what sets these classes apart. I feel like I am working to better myself and not competing or trying to keep up with everyone else.

The space was very lovely, spacious and convenient parking wise. All the teachers and students were friendly. During classes I appreciated each teacher as they all have their own personality and provided a safe place to really re-ground. My last class was the candlelight on Thursday and instantly after class I thought, I'm really going to miss this studio. I hope to visit again when I'm in town. Super clean and cozy. Thank you Caroline, Kira, Megan and Stephanie for providing such great space and flow!

As a beginner yogi, I am always wanting feedback on my form, and I appreciated that the instructors would stay after and answer any questions I had and also give me additional feedback. However, my latest experience after the 30 day trial wasn't the best, and I don't think I'll be returning. I attended my first aerial level 2 class, and I felt like a burden the entire time. It appeared that everyone was already well bonded--which was fine, but there wasn't much explanation behind any of the poses, and it was expected that I know poses that were completely foreign coming from level one. This was really discouraging, and I know I have a lot of room for growth in my practice, but I'd rather do it in a space where I feel comfortable with where I am in my practice.
