She provides instruction, demonstration, individual modifications and props as needed so that each student can experience and benefit from their own safe and accessible version of a pose. Diana asks that you fill out a questionnaire regarding your goals and any injuries or health problems. She then uses that to tailor a program for you. You are allowed to go at your own pace and comfort level with individualized instruction. Every class I am amazed what my body can do and how great I feel. And, it's been really great for my posture!
