With Cintia I have been regaining mobility and stretching body parts that had always lacked flexibility. Her classes make me feel limber, with better posture and renewed energy. Before attending Cintia's classes I had been in and out of physical therapy, mostly due to sciatica. But that came to a quick end with the first yoga class. She has a gentle and effective way to make you stretch. For each part of the body she spots your level of capability. Using a series of exercises, each taking a small step, but cumulatively it produces a significant difference. She combines her expertise in yoga with her scientific background in biology. Her studio has lots of equipment that's fun to use. But most important the yoga classes are a form of pre-emptive physical therapy keeping ailments from occurring. To me, Cintia Hongay is an essential health provider.

I purchased my package for 100$, which gives me access to 10 classes of Gentle Kripula specifically. It's not attached to any other classes. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, and there is a washroom so you can change into your yoga gear. There are mats available to borrow, and there is even yoga clothing sold on the premisses. I have only taken the one class, during my pregnancy and afterwards, and so I cannot describe the other classes. But I suspect the one I take from time to time is just "average", though the teacher is quite nice. The building is situated in a good location and has free parking, but you might not know where it is at first because the entrance is behind another building.

A well rounded gym for people who are just trying to get in better shape!
