Updating my review…read more
Tyler and Sam reached out to me upon reading my review and graciously offered to make up an instructor no-showing by comping their $30/30 days special. This alone speaks volumes of how much they care about their business and the community.
After taking 2-4 classes a week for the past 4 weeks, I can say they absolutely deserve 5 stars. There is a separate restroom down the hall which has a code for extra security/privacy. Their studio is clean, smells great, and offers beautiful views and vibes both during the day and night. I love the view of the mountains during the day and the natural light. At night, depending on which class you take, you could partake in a candle lit class, a cool color-changing class, sound bath classes, and more.
I have taken classes with Sam, Alyssa, Keshia, and Jen. They all offer a unique experience and I enjoyed each of them in a different way. So much variety AND time slots, you are sure to find what you need. From slow flows, to sculpt classes (fun!), to sound bath/meditative classes, and even mat pilates. So many options.
I really enjoy hot classes and I believe they only offer hot classes on Saturdays (they do offer warm classes throughout the week though!)
They are close enough to the Trolley Station where you can easily get a smoothie or quick bite before or after class, but far enough so parking is never a problem. Perfect location.
I came across their studio through ClassPass and so glad I did. I am the type that enjoys both "personal" studios and "commercial" studios for separate reasons. If you like personal studios, I'd highly recommend The Balanced Yogi. Be a part of the family and enjoy the opportunity of growing with their teachers on their journeys.
