You simply cannot go wrong by practicing yoga with Erica Kauffman. She is an incredibly…read moreinspirational and encouraging yogini. Érica is exceptionally skilled at quickly identifying adjustments to significantly improve your practice. I've had virtual practices with her for over a year, and while I initially was skeptical of anyone's ability to provide meaningful coaching and corrections in a virtual setting I immediately experienced that I had nothing to worry about. If anything, I'm probably even more in touch w my body because I had to make every adjustment myself, without any physical assistance. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Erica and her skill, expertise, compassion, and desire to make the world a better place!

Then back for Art's Fest this year, I was re-reminded how much I missed this place since my last visit. Aaron (and Erica) are awesome. Aaron lead both classes of Lila Sun Salutations, which is unlike any other class I have taken over 8 years of practicing yoga (and after hitting many studios during this time). Looking very forward to visiting again when I am back in town!

The place is very clean, so beautiful, chic, and the instructors and staff are very friendly. Hit all the marks. A+

I had reflexology done there and it was decent. Not as much pressure as I would have liked. Very relaxing. I would have gone if I could have arranged transportation but using a disruption they planned themselves to deny me service and then charge me for that denial is not the kind of character that any business should have.

No mention of it being closing time, just lights off, time to go! On my way out, I asked him, "Do you have somewhere to be?" & that he "shouldn't turn the lights out with customers still inside." His response- "It's 9 o'clock." Which I responded, "Are you the owner?" & he responded "Yes." If this is the case, that the OWNER doesn't care about his customer's experience, I will for sure be taking my business elsewhere. I'm not sure where he was taught that his schedule getting out of work was more important than the paying customer's experience. As somebody who has worked in customer service my entire adult life (not to mention at this same gym 7 years ago), that's a foreign concept to me. As a manager or GM, if I found out my employees were putting themselves above the customers in this way, they'd be written up or let go. My advice? Do better. The BARE MINIMUM is you wait to close until everyone is gone. & if it gets to be 5-10mins after, you politely let the customers know you are closed & need to start closing. Customer Service 101, Day 1. If management, or (apparently) ownership encourages this type of customer service, it's no wonder places like Crunch Fitness & Victory Sports have taken what looks to be most of the business from East Coast.
