Then back for Art's Fest this year, I was re-reminded how much I missed this place since my last visit. Aaron (and Erica) are awesome. Aaron lead both classes of Lila Sun Salutations, which is unlike any other class I have taken over 8 years of practicing yoga (and after hitting many studios during this time). Looking very forward to visiting again when I am back in town!

The owner Erica is warm and deeply knowledgeable about the subject that she teaches. The other practitioners were also very, very friendly to the point where we all went and got Rita's together. Which made this completely different from the "fitness" yoga classes I took at college is the unification of mind and body. We were there to practice yoga, not to just better our bodies, but to better our brains. This was the first yoga class where the practice extended beyond our physical movements, and incorporated the idea that we needed to make kinder and healthier choices to enhance both our practices and lives.

I had reflexology done there and it was decent. Not as much pressure as I would have liked. Very relaxing. I go to another location in town as well sometimes just because it's easier to park, but it doesn't have this amazing spa theme throughout the office.

They didn't do me the same courtesy, even though I have a condition that prevents me from driving (I used to walk to their previous location). This was not by choice. I would have gone if I could have arranged transportation but using a disruption they planned themselves to deny me service and then charge me for that denial is not the kind of character that any business should have.
