I was here many years back and thought the place offered a reasonable massage. Recently I tried this place again but noticed the name on the door as "Lotus Flower". As other reviewers mentioned, I experienced serious communication issues. My first red flag was requiring payment BEFORE the message started which seemed very odd. There was no relaxing ambient music, instead someone was watching their phone nearby with the volume at a high level and a distorted laugh track blasting. Needless to say it lacked a relaxing environment. Finally, the massage therapist seemed to be unsatisfied with my 20%+ cash tip and insisted more from me. had a massage from this place. funny smell in massage room-kind of like old cat litter. massage okay but then hijacked over my tip. tipping is customary but amount should not be mandatory. if the business needs to make more money, raise your base rate. I will not go back. read more

I had found this place much by accident but I'm very glad that I did. The ladies are nice, polite and service was professional. The shop is clean and welcoming. I noticed as I was leaving that they were cleaning and disinfecting the room. I asked about it and they said they did it after every appointment. The massage was very good and relaxing.
