We especially loved the bike park portion for our kid. At $160 a month for a family of 3 (since our 4th was free because she's under 4), we just couldn't afford it anymore. We asked if we could do a bike only membership, and they said they no longer offer them. I was also interested in the different groups they hosted (examples: homeschool groups, etc), but the group membership if I remember correctly was $160 per person just to be apart of groups. I really do wish they had something more all-inclusive at a better price, as well as just better prices all around. We were only able to go about once a week which just didn't make the high price tag worth it. We've been to similar climbing gyms for $100 a month for a family, so this was just too steep for our budget. I've heard from several other local families that have had the same experience. Hoping they make things more cost effective for future families to join!

Add in a dimmed room and soothing music and you'll come out totally relaxed and refreshed. I've also been doing personal training with Molly and Hillary. The studio is also exceptionally clean, which is really important to me. Whether you want a Thai yoga session, personal training, or group classes, you really need to check out Sphinx. All of the instructors are highly trained, kind, and helpful. I would give Sphinx 10 stars if this site allowed.

Whether you are looking for a place to just pop in for a class once in a while or while traveling or a place to become part of your routine, this studio will fit your needs. There are classes for all levels and interests and an amazing variety of teaching styles all with wonderfully unique personalities. Because of this, there is a warm and inviting atmosphere that I believe is created due to that amazing group of teachers and also students. There are always amazing and exciting workshops that go further into yoga but also sometimes workshops more "parallel to" that bring in other interesting subjects that so many of us find fascinating. I am always excited to see what is next.
