My boyfriend is a hardworking blue-collar guy who deals with severe back pain on a daily basis. I sit at a desk for long hours and struggle with constant sciatica pain. I've been telling him for so long how much better he'd feel if he got regular massages -- and after four sessions together (one amazing, two subpar elsewhere), we finally found the gold standard. Andrew worked on my boyfriend, and I am not exaggerating when I say he was walking upright again afterward. He said he felt 20 years younger for days. That's not something he says lightly. The relief was real and lasting. Jay worked on me and took the time to really listen -- checking in about pressure, focusing on my trouble areas, and addressing my sciatica in a way that actually made a difference. Both Jay and Andrew created such a comfortable, relaxing environment and communicated clearly throughout the entire session. From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. We were given plush robes and comfy slides. The dressing area was spotless and thoughtfully designed, complete with lockers, private changing areas, bathrooms, and the most magnificent steam shower I've ever taken. There's also a sauna that made the whole experience feel like a full retreat, not just a massage appointment. Fusion Spa & Wellness exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for real therapeutic results paired with a relaxing, luxury experience -- this is the place. We'll absolutely be back.

Hence I needed a gift certificate that would never expire. I was told no problems they would always honor the certificate. My wife went to schedule an appointment and was told that it must have expired because they had no record of it. I called the Spa to discuss, I was told that all their gift certificates expire after a year and this is written on them and sorry but too bad. I am not stupid and would never have bought a certificate if it would expire.. so be very careful if you buy a gift certificate...they want you to let it expire and the expired $ value goes to their bottom line as a profit

A brand-new facility Tucktaway in a little community of Woodfin wedged in between Asheville and Weaverville is the only real major gym in the northern part of Buncombe County. It consist of treadmills elliptical bicycling in stair climb machines and a large set a very new weight machines in addition to a free weight area and several exercise rooms. Doesn't have a pool or sauna or hot tub unfortunately. And though I do have YMCA envy for the Southern location such as Arden I do you like my own little YMCA

I am extremely disturbed by what I discovered regarding the billing on my credit card…read more When I signed up for a membership, I provided this business with my credit card for automatic payments. I later discovered that I had apparently been charged for TWO memberships -- not one -- over a period of years. Yes, I take responsibility for not catching the duplicate charges sooner. I trusted that the business was billing my card correctly, and because the payments were on autopay, I did not realize what was happening until years later. By the time I discovered it, approximately $3,800 in additional charges had accumulated on top of what I was already paying for my membership. My credit card company was only able to assist with charges within its limited dispute window, leaving me to deal with the financial consequences of years of billing that I believe should never have occurred in the first place. What troubles me most is this: How does one customer get billed for two memberships for years without the company's billing system catching it? This experience completely destroyed my trust in this business and its billing practices. In my opinion, the billing records deserve a thorough independent review or audit to determine how this was allowed to happen and whether other customers have experienced similar issues. If you have a membership here, I strongly recommend reviewing every charge on your statements rather than assuming your automatic billing is correct. I trusted them. That trust cost me approximately $3,800. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! DOUBLE CHECK every month. For a while they charged me the correct amount - it was like five months in someone CHANGED IT UP! BEWARE!
