Based on the reviews I thought this was going to be a "positive place" our kid was not misbehaving and our baby was quiet in her baby seat. We were looking forward to a reading together. We stood outside, upstairs in the patio section and read two signs. One was in front of the door that read "quiet please" which made us believe there was a session in place and another one in the patio saying that it was a quiet space and that no cellphones or loud noises were around. We thought we could wait but I told my husband to go downstairs with our toddler to wait since waiting could make our toddler impatient. So I waited 10 minutes to see if anyone would come out to greet us or tell us the session ended. Told my husband we could wait another 10 minutes to see if anyone would come out. I thought the door was locked since it alluded to someone inside getting a reading. So my husband finally asked me if the door was opened. I never bothered to look so I checked. Door was opened and I walked in. There was a lady on her phone and keep in mind, it's super quiet there. First, she didn't bother to look up or greet me. Second, you could look from inside looking out and she clearly saw us waiting and never came outside to ask us if we needed anything. Because as it turns out, I asked "excuse me, is there a session in place?" She said yes. So I said "do you know when the reading ends?" Since we didn't want to keep waiting. She said "what are you looking for?" I said a psychic reading. She then looks me up and down, and says, "oh sorry I'm not doing any readings today" and then quickly looks at my purse. There was a fake smile at the end. The whole time, I felt an odd feeling. Because she was not friendly. Not welcoming. Didn't bother to check on us. Saw us waiting and didn't even bother to look up when I walked in. So, I can only think 1 of 2 or all of these 2 can be true. 1. she didn't want to do a family reading. 2. She doesn't like Hispanic people. Or she just assumed I had no money. Don't bother coming here.

I did a Thai Yoga Stretch session with her today and have made an appointment for EFT in a couple of weeks. The Thai Yoga Stretch was great. It was a perfect combination of relaxing and energizing. The time seemed to fly by but I felt totally relaxed and comfortable the whole time. The whole time during the session, I was laying on a comfy mat on the ground while Rachel pushes on muscles and pulled legs, arms, fingers, toes, etc. It is energizing. I look forward to going back to her in a few weeks.

During the energy session, I experienced an overwhelming and emotional sense of peace and gratitude which I had never felt before, in any situation. Afterwards, Deborah gave me some insight on the centers that she focused on as it related to my feelings, and taught me some techniques that I could use on my own to deal with this on a daily basis. I've found myself relieved of the major bits of anxiety and conflict that I was feeling. I also was taken aback in the following days on how much I was focusing on the beauty of nature and not so much of material ideas that intrude on us daily. Very grateful to have this experience.

I had insomnia for over two years. In those two years, I mostly believed the lack of sleep was…read moreanxiety related, but then other symptoms started to appear too -night sweats, a burning in my neck, etc. I thought once I worked on the anxiety, the symptoms would disappear and my sleep would improve, but despite so much attention to my mental health, nothing seemed to change. I woke up between 4 and 4:30 for months and became very familiar with just laying in the dark waiting for the day to start. If you have insomnia, you feel like a zombie. Everything good in life has a bit of a gray cloud over it when you can't sleep. Jobs, relationships, friendships, everything feels like too much energy when you can't sleep and yet somehow you have to show up for them (or at the minimum your job). I did a full work up, all the way to a CT scan of almost my whole body with my doctor at Kaiser, mostly for the sweating. They couldn't find anything wrong with me. Homeopathic doctors, Chinese herbs, hypnosis, it felt like nothing worked. A friend who had insomnia told me about Dr. Stella, and one frustrated day I reached out to her and booked my first appointment. I now wake up at my alarm :) on weekend, I sleep in. It is still not perfect, but a huge, HUGE improvement from waking up at 4:30 for months and months. What I like about Dr. Stella is that it feels like a partnership. She prescribed homeopathic medicine which helped a lot, but a lot of it was on my lifestyle-I had to improve my diet, sleep habits, take supplements, etc. Overall, it has been a really healing experience. It helps that Dr. Stella feels compassionate and also is good at explaining things-as a science-lover, this was great for me and I looked for ways to further support my healing once I understood the mechanics of what was going on. I am a fan now and would very much recommend her to my family and friends (and already have).
