Amazing! I plan to continue services and would recommend without hesitation. Alma is very kind and knowledgeable. As a MFT that encourages embracing new experiences and the importance of self care, I make an effort to try new things that I enjoy, as well as that clients may find beneficial. The session was so relaxing and I feel amazing after. Alma was patient and at the end she answered several follow up questions regarding continuing treatment and additional services she provides. I would recommend arriving a few minutes early in case it is difficult to find the suite upstairs. read more

Alma is amazing! I have done reiki a few times in the past 6 years. I recently moved to Contra Costa and was feeling off and then found Alma. She really takes time to engage and offer advice prior to starting reiki. She has a deep understanding for intergenerational trauma and walked me through a meditation technique to ground prior to starting reiki. Now her reiki! It is very nurturing. While she is doing her energy work emotions and maybe physical reactions will occur. Then your body will relax and the stagnated or resistant emotion will pass through. It is a process and Alma is truly a wonderful vessel on your journey. Afterwards you both will discuss what arose. Alma is a gifted gem! read more

I am a stage IV colon/liver cancer survivor with a very compromised digestive tract due to all my cancer surgeries and treatments. About 2 years ago I switched to a vegan diet, including no gluten. I was feeling well until April of last year. That is when I reached out to my colon cancer friend Alma! Alma worked very closely with me discussing my diet, my supplements, my activity level and of course my bowel movements. She ordered some preliminary testing to determine the root cause of my issues and how to best treat me. After receiving those results, she customized a regimen for me to help heal my body of the issues it was experiencing. I am a rule follower, so I did what Alma asked of me for 90 days. After the first week following her recommendations I felt better already and saw true signs of improvement! This was back in Sep/Oct 2018. Needless to say I continued to feel better and better through my 90 days and remain in this truly awesome state of feeling well! This treatment has been life changing for me even today! I have learned so much in how to treat and heal my body when it truly needs it! Thank you always Alma, for your life's work and dedication to health and wellness! read more

My first meeting with Alma was 2018 due to a back problem. She not only helped me relieve my back pain, but Alma also opened up my eye with my overall well-being . I remember how Alma will talk about health, diet, fasting , autophagy, insulin resistance, liver cleanse, inflammation and diets to me. At that time I had no clue of what she was talking about. Lol.. I will only listen and of course my curiosity will lead me to research and learn. I found out that I'm full of inflammation due to poor diet! Alma is my angel! Alma is such a warm and compassionate person. I felt like she really wanted to understand how she could help me. She listened intently to an area that I wanted to work on and reflected things that I wasn't conscience that I said. When I heard them back, it sank a little deeper. She got to my heart chakra and I broke into tears from a release. I felt so comforted as she offered me exactly what I needed - a "heart" hug. Thank you, Alma, for being so intuitive to what I really needed. I look forward to our next session! read more

I am incredibly grateful to have had Alma at my side, supporting me for several months now. I first came to her when I was at rock bottom: both in terms of lots of physical pain and despair about so much instability in my life. I"m a Reiki Master myself, so it was frustrating (to say the least) that I couldn't seem to Reiki myself out of it! I'd turned to other Reiki practitioners, but NONE of my sessions provided the incredible relief I experienced with Alma's energy sessions. Moreover, it was my first time being so supported on a regular basis. And it makes ALL the difference to NOT walk alone in the dark tunnel. Alma not only has helped me experience physical relief, but has helped me gain so many valuable insights. Most importantly, she helped me have a much kinder relationship with myself! read more

I have a moderate depression disorder and self-esteem issues so I reached out to Alma for some guidance. Alma has provided me with support, compassion, and specific step-tools. She has shown me how to look toward the light in my life, not the dark. It has been highly useful when Alma showed me the 7 healing Chakras. I have learned how to unlock my body's energy center. Alma has also used Reiki healing techniques; she places her hands gently on my body, where I hold stress - and this has helped me to relax and feel peaceful, and this continues to grow. I now meet with a fitness trainer twice a week and have been hiking in nature more often. Following my sessions with Alma, I have a clear mind, refreshed, and empowered! As a result my perspective has lightened up - most days I feel lighter. Other benefits have been; my lighter perspective has helped me to laugh more, and with my husband and friends. Also, I have started to create a mental health small business, and Alma has been an inspiration for this. Alma is authentic, methodical, and highly knowledgeable. I would recommend Alma's services to guide you to heal your body, mind and/or spirit. I am soooo grateful for her thoughtful guidance. read more
