They took her out of the Covid wing and she didn't contract it. If she'd been well cared for she would've died when she did, but she was not well cared for. The space is clean, there is plenty of equipment, and my primary physical therapist Taylor Leiby really listens to me and asks questions when I tell him about what's going on with my body. I want to be challenged with my exercises, and he sure delivers! I have also worked with a couple of other therapists when it wasn't possible to book with Taylor, and they were equally as good and made a point of reading through the notes on my situation prior to meeting with me. Tip: Schedule as many appointments ahead of time as possible to ensure you see your preferred PT at the days/times that work best for you, the slots fill up quickly. Treatments are well thought out and individually designed to address the specific needs of each client. Two specific examples: 1. A few years ago, I was treated for a torn achilles. Although I was sidelined for a couple of months, the on-site physical therapy and in-home program allowed me to return to my previous level of activity in less than a month. 2. Currently, I'm receiving treatment for a total hip replacement. The post-op treatment was well thought out and resulted in a lot of progress in the first 2 weeks. Now entering week 5, I have no limitations. In addition, Jim developed on-going, at home programs, that allow me to maintain the level of improvement. I've recommended Movement for Life to four neighbors, each with a different PT need. The feedback I've received from these individuals is excellent and their issues were addressed and resolved.

A YEAR LATER they billed me an office visit code and an additional higher level visit that my insurance wouldn't cover. When I called them to ask for them to re-file they were uncooperative and rude. I specifically went here because I wanted to have a smaller office where I felt cared about, but clearly they are only out for money. I will not be returning.
