My friend is a member here and she invited me to try out a free class. This was my first hot yoga session ever and wow. Her and I took Chelsea's sun power class and it HUMBLED me in the best way possible. I've done yoga as my friend is a certified instructor, but hot yoga was so different. I was sweating, huffing and puffing, but felt SO good at the end. And I slept like a baby that night!! The studio itself was so homey and had everything you could ever need, down to even tea and little fruits. The ending of the session was topped off in shavasana, and Chelsea brought out cool little damp towels with lavender essential oils!! The next day, I had ZERO back pain which is so rare for me, and I felt so flexible and like a whole brand new person. This place is amazing and I hope to come back one day and even become a member. Thank you, Chelsea!!

The studio offers heated yoga and aerial yoga which is so cool! There are a couple yoga rooms so more than one class can be running at a time. There is also sauna and massage available. The studio space is great and very clean, the class was awesome and I got in a great sweat. Overall top notch and I can't wait to try their other services. They took such great care in developing this space.

He recalled my name after a single visit and also took time to show me around the studio before my first class. The instructors are kind and supportive. They'll suggest ways to modify poses without calling out -- or calling attention to -- any student in particular. Also, the diversity in students really stuck out to me in a positive way; I've seen folks of different genders, races, and body shapes and sizes in the classes, which felt reassuring as someone who doesn't match a stereotypical "yoga physique". Pricing is transparent, and the ability to book courses through the app is simple and straightforward. I'm glad I found this studio and am excited to keep going back.

Yogi Luna is very knowledgeable in all aspects of yoga and can makes classes geared towards certain areas that need to be worked according to the attendees. I mean- taking your clothes off for yoga...How could THAT help?... Well, I decided to check it out for myself and I am SO glad that I did. At first I was slightly uncertain since I was the only woman in class, besides the Yogi Luna. Doing nude yoga for the first time...I am sure others might respond the same way. I was 100% down to try it, but I was pleased when another woman arrived just as things were starting. Yay solidarity! I quickly learned that being naked, while important (if you are comfortable enough to do it...nobody is going to pressure you.) is NOT anything that you even have time to focus on. this was a professional and soul freeing experience. Professional in that you are being taught by a professional, Luna. You are so busy concentrating on the proper poses while doing the proper breathing, that you don't have time to focus on the lack of clothing. Luna is sure to watch the class to determine if you need to modify your experience as well as to be "security". I spoke with her after class and she informed me that certain poses produce certain ...natural "results" from some men, but anyone trying to use this class as free "entertainment" will be quickly asked to leave. The soul freeing part of this experience is evident from start to finish. You start fully clothed and do a few basic poses. The" freeing of the layers" is incorporated in a very natural way. Again, you only remove what is best for you. I went all in. What i got out of the class was a different and rhythmic type of stretch and flow. It was lower lit and there was pleasant music that didn't overpower her class. I loved this experience and I WILL be back. I highly suggest that you open your minds to enhance your bodies and try this unique experience. I mean...we were born naked so how can THAT be wrong?

The classes offer something for everyone by being approachable if you are just starting out to challenging if you are deeper into your practice. Their sound baths are transformative and deeply healing (or just super relaxing if you need to unwind!). Thrilled to have this locally owned business as part of the community and grateful for Lisa & Kevin as two amazing humans.
