I'm hooked--this studio feels like home!…read more I took my first class at Living Yoga in May 2025 and haven't stopped coming since! From day one, I was completely drawn in by the positive energy, welcoming community, and incredible variety of classes. Whether you're looking for a powerful Hot Yoga session, a gentle restorative class, or something in between, they truly offer something for everyone. The teachers are phenomenal--each brings their own unique style, passion, and heart to their teaching. I also love the workshops and special events they host. This past New Year's Eve, I had the amazing experience of welcoming 2026 with a midnight yoga and meditation class. It was the perfect way to set the tone for the year--centered, peaceful, and intentional. On January 1st, I took Merlin's class and was blown away. She greeted us with flowers, a note that read "I am love," and the most uplifting energy. Every class since has been a profound journey inward, helping me connect to myself in ways I can hardly put into words. I am so grateful to all the teachers at Living Yoga for sharing their gifts with such dedication. If you're looking for a studio that nourishes your body, mind, and spirit--this is it. Highly recommend!

During the…read morepandemic we both ended up moving, ending up on opposite coasts, but we kept up working out together via Zoom, and have worked together for over three years now! Her workouts are thorough, comprehensive, and tailored absolutely to what your needs are. I am very discerning when it comes to trainers - having worked out with a number of them, and having been in the fitness industry myself for 10 years - and have a very, very high standard for whom I train with. And I appreciate having a trainer to motivate me and keep things challenging while understanding what's appropriate for me, where I am, and where I want to be. Christine is great at creating innovative, interesting, non-repetitive workouts. When we started working out, I brought in recommendations from my physical therapist and some of the rehab exercises I was doing, and she was able to incorporate them into the workout, but in new ways. She helped me build symmetry and strength - and now that joint that we spent a lot of time stabilizing is no longer an issue :-) She's been able to modify workouts on the fly if I wanted more challenge or needed less challenge. I really appreciate my workouts with Christine!

I checked in for a Yogalates class this morning and was given a warm welcome by the receptionist, who saw that it was my first time and gave me the lay of the land. She pointed out the bathrooms, then led me to the studio where class would be taking place and got me set up with all the equipment I'd need for the class -- a ball, light weights, yoga blocks, a blanket, and a mat which they provide complimentary. I love the yoga mats they have here - they outline where you should be placing your hands and feet and come in different sizes based on your height, which really helps when moving through positions. The class itself was an hour long and challenging yet accessible for beginners. The instructor was great about demonstrating and helping people make adjustments when needed. I wish I lived closer, otherwise this would be my new go-to fitness studio.
