They have special events occasionally that are included with just attending the studio and also workshops you can pay extra for. Members always get a discount on merch and workshops. Cute clothes and quality mats! I have to stoo myself from buying things on sale, and there's always a sales rack. Really fun community. I only wish I was able to attend more often but even with a busy work schedule they have class times that are flexible with and support that. I'm glad I signed up with a founder's discount when they first opened earlier this year they do special promotions throughout the year too and Kelsi & Sydni as GM & AM are really friendly and accommodating!

My friend told me about this new studio which was newly opened in March '25 and I was super excited since it's only 15 minutes from my place. I took their first free class and been hooked since!! And of course I've became a member since. They often have special promotions on memberships so make sure to ask them about it or download the Neaumix Fit app you can also enrolled there. Their app is super easy and intuitive to use, so convenient to book classes. I love that this studio is brand new and aesthetically pleasing with beautiful color lighting mirrors for those selfies and IG posts. ;) The owner Alondra is super nice and sweet! She is also one of the Pilate instructors here. I always look forward to taking her classes on Sundays! All the instructors here are AMAZING!! Special shout out to Alondra, Hannah, Crissy, Isabella, and Amanda. I've been taking their classes regularly and their classes literally kick your butt (in a very good way)!! They are so good with correcting your forms or offering modifications if you couldn't do certain moves. I always feel so revived and rewarded after each class. Since Neaumix is franchised so each location has different owners. I couldn't recommend this Lake Forest location enough. If you're looking to start your Pilate journey, look no further. We were instructed to have 2 sets of weights and I picked the lightest two (3 lbs and 5 lbs) since it was my first time taking the class. Lexus was a really good instructor. She gave lots of progressions throughout the whole thing and I liked that we had a full body workout. Imagine doing hot yoga with weights. I honestly was sweating LOTS afterwards, so make sure to bring a towel. I really enjoyed the class and I would definitely go again. I went on a weekday mid morning class, so this was perfect if you have a break in the mornings from work or right before your lunch break. Love the look of the studio - very modern and clean.
