Now I come regularly, for private and group class, and have encouraged friends and family to join me as well. I can honestly say that Upgrade Pilates studio is my preferred studio, because it is smaller and gives me more one-on-one attention from the instructors. They are hands on with correcting form and ensure that the movements performed are not hurting us. The regulars in the class are great to workout with as well.
