When they finally contacted me, I was told I suddenly owed $160 for classes I had taken. The problem? The last time I spoke with someone, I was told the amount would be $119. So somehow, after I spent weeks trying to get this resolved and THEY failed to get back to me, the amount increased by $41. I'm not upset that I have to pay for classes I actually took -- I'm upset that the amount changed and that I was left trying to chase down the studio for weeks just to cancel my membership. If I had been given the correct information and actually received a response when I first reached out, this could have been resolved much earlier. The classes themselves may be fine, but the customer service and communication are extremely frustrating. I should not have to repeatedly chase a business down to cancel a membership, only to be contacted at the last minute and told I owe more money than I was previously quoted. Really disappointing experience and definitely not the kind of customer service I expected.
