I'm aware of the threading process and have been getting this service for years, however this was one of the most painful experiences I've had thus far. Yes the service provider did a wonderful job with the shaping, but it does not justify the days of pain I've been in whenever I touch my skin. Which I've NEVER had before. If I had an event, I'd have to spend more time covering up the cuts than if I were to have leave them the way they were. Overall I don't think I'll be back because by the time it fully heals they'll be grown out again and I'd rather not have scars in the future.

I've been a regular client at this salon for quite some time, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. I booked my appointment two weeks in advance, yet when I arrived, my time had been given to someone who called the same day. My technician was busy, no one else could help, and the only options offered were to wait about 45 minutes or come back another day. What was most frustrating was the lack of care, no effort to accommodate, no apology, and no follow-up afterward. As someone who has been loyal to this salon, I expected more respect for my time. In the past, I overlooked issues like tools not always being disinfected because I brought my own tools and polish. But being double-booked and dismissed without any real solution was too much. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon based on this experience. read more

Unfortunately, the results are horrible - got mani pedi done with Gel Manicure that is supposed to last at least 2 weeks.... not even 8 days in and I already have 3 nails that lost the gel completely. And two other that are peeling as we speak. This is awful and wasn't cheap either! $45! the Manicure is ruined, I can't walk around like this, especially at work. read more
