I was an out of state bride and they were so willing to work with my schedule. The team was so kind, detail-oriented, and made the process a joy. The food was incredible. The portions were huge. The dessert and cake looked like it came straight from Pintrest and my guests still rave about how amazing the food was and how beautiful the display was. My guests also made comments on how kind and friendly the staff was. I had a few guests with dietary needs and Simply from Scratch went above and beyond for the guests to have plenty of options from them. Our bartender was fantastic as well! I can not thank simply from scratch enough for truly making our wedding a dream!

Not only are they extremely professional, organized, and clear on expectations, but it's apparent even from your first meeting with this team that they truly love weddings and the couples that they're working with for such a special day. My husband and I's main point of contact was Jennifer. From our very first meeting with her, when we were just inquiring about food vendors, Jennifer walked us through all of Simply From Scratch's services, and we were even offered some samples of food selections that piqued our interest. After hiring them as our caterers, Jennifer provided a detailed schedule of check-in meetings, reassuring us the entire time that they valued our choices and ensuring that our selections were noted. For example, my husband and I are not big cake people, and we knew we wanted pie for our fall wedding instead. Not only was Jennifer delighted by something different, but she and her team came up with the most stunning and delicious pie table for our wedding, complete with pecan pie bites that we still drool over when we think of them to this day! They also worked with us to come up with the yummiest signature cocktails that all of our guests were raving about. And the food itself was AMAZING! The presentation alone was a knockout! The team on our wedding day was also extremely professional and did such a wonderful job setting up, serving all of our guests, and cleaning/packing up everything afterward. Lastly, the team they worked with at Queen Street Linens for the table linens and napkins was just superb. They collectively took our fall color palette for our wedding and executed it beautifully. Hiring Simply from Scratch is a no-brainer - they cover food, dessert, bar, cutlery, and linens, and do it all in such a kind-hearted and professional manner!

We got married in July on a hot, summer Sunday, Drumore Estate was not only a stunning backdrop for our forever, but also, Marnie and the rest of the Drumore staff really are the dream team! Everything was picture perfect, on time, and just the way we imagined. No one even noticed the little issues, because Marnie and her team would ensure everything remained smooth. The staff was always incredibly excited, even when dealing with the stickier details. Thank you so much for everything you did--not just for us, but for our family and friends. Thank you for your patience and your kindness. If we had to do it again, we'd choose Drumore Estate every time. You all are the absolute best!!! Side note for couples looking for budget info: We felt that Drumore had a really great pricing structure/package as compared to other venues. There wasn't really any guesswork into how much the offerings would cost. The venue is based on dates and guests and then everything else is more or less a la carte, which offers a tremendous amount of flexibility for any budget.

We had the party in my aunt's backyard. I called many different caterers in the area and Melissa was the only one who called me back immediately, answered my questions and let me know if they were available... literally 2 and a half weeks before the event. I had a few changes before the party and she never made it a big deal even though it was last minute. They were punctual and set up everything beautifully like they said they would. Food was absolutely delicious, I couldn't get enough of the hors d'oevres (especially the lobster puffs and mini crab cakes). They grilled the cod at the site so it was fresh. My party was only 21 people but I'm confident if I had a huge party, they'd deliver. I would definitely use them again if I have any other parties.
