The half eggs in our soups were hard boiled and not the normal medium-soft egg with the tasty rich yolk. :( They don't put any straw mushrooms in their soup and the shrimp I got were overcooked and not the tastiest. Hubby got the pork in his tonkatsu and it was incredible. Our fried wontons were great and the seaweed salad very good. So some things were great, others were not. The staff was dismissive and rude when we asked why, as if we were inconveniencing them by even asking. It's baffling that a national chain would allow such inconsistency in customer service and policy. If you're not going to accept your own company's promotions, at least train your team to communicate that respectfully. We took our business elsewhere, and we won't be back. There are plenty of places that value their customers--this isn't one of them.
