I told my son, I want to take a few days and go through and use each one, just to see what else we can incorporate into our workout routine. There is a small smoothie cafe in the front and they're not open 24 hrs, but if that is something you're looking for, give that a try. Her co owner and husband, Walter was my Instructor for the TRX Team Class and he made me feel right at home as did their friendly members. I have taken many TRX classes in the past and I can say without hesitation that Walter is one of the best! His teaching style is engaging, challenging and encouraging. He coached us to each work at our own level, taking into account our differences and at the same time gave us plenty of options to make each exercise as intense as we wanted.
