When I returned to get the results I was then charged another $85 for a 30 minute follow up that took 10 minutes. I was not told I would have to pay again and was under the impression the cost would be covered in the initial $95, considering I was just read the results of the test I already paid for. When I said something about this I was then told I had coverage and that my $1000 a year to cover everything (dental, prescriptions, etc.) was fairly good coverage.

Then when the Dr finally came he was extremely rude and didn't want to hear anything of my injury. He humiliated me buy insinuating there was nothing wrong with me and Looked at me with disgust. Prior to going to the hospital, I went to a walk in clinic, the Dr there told me to go to the hospital right away, otherwise I would never have gone.
