The moment they opened up, I sent a message for a massage appointment and received a response quickly from them. I've come here for 2 massage appointments already since the opening (one of the massages with reiki). The experience was absolutely amazing! Lena is an AMAZING RMT and I'm so happy I found her and Be Well. She's such a talented, beautiful soul that I feel relaxed after the massage, but also feel at a much positive head space afterwards. It's a great bonus that they are also able to bill my insurance company directly. Be Well also has a great variety of products that you can buy - candles, sage, CBD oils.I had trouble sleeping for a few weeks and asked Lena about the CBD oils. She recommended me the 600 mg CBD oil spray, and it has definitely helped me at bedtime and also achieve a more calm head space. This is for sure my new favourite place for massage, and soon to be physio. Plus I'm looking forward to trying their other services in the future like any of the medi-spa services!

I visited Erin Mills 8 months ago. With their naturopathic treatment, my migraine is reduced. I got relieved. Their naturopath not only provided natural medicines but also provided some useful lifestyle strategies. It had helped me a lot. I feel balanced both mentally and physically. It was really a pleasure to visit Erin Mills. I would recommend them for those who are suffering from migraines, headaches, depression, stress, etc. Thank you Erin Mills!

You have to drive in to 225 Webb Dr for the underground parking and then walk to the street. The doors to the suite are in between the medical centre and the Hasty market, then you take the stairs to the 2nd floor. The office is very clean and very nice. I received basic information from the dietician. She is new to the practice but she was very nice. I wanted to book a massage with one of the RMTs who came recommended but I was told by reception that she was leaving the business. They do offer a variety of other medical services. I was looking for a place where I could benefit from a few services. Not sure I will return.

Check-in was easy to do and my RMT was thorough when explaining to me what we would be working on that day and kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. She worked out alot of the knots on my neck and upper back and I left feeling like a new person. They also do direct billing which was so helpful and made the whole process much easier. I will be getting my massages from here all the time!

Review is specific to their RMT service, and actually specific to their RMT Brandon. My neck and…read moreback was in such a state that I couldn't even look to the side and I needed to find an alternative since my regular place couldn't take me that day. I wasn't in to have a bit of relaxing downtime; what I needed was to leave at least being able to shoulder-check! Brandon knew what he was doing and though it almost involved tears at points (seriously, a couple pressure points actually made my eyes water), I left in much better shape. I came in for another session 2 days later and the improvement was again markedly felt. I should add that I was always asked whether the pressure was okay whenever a particularly troublesome spot was targeted. If you're genuinely hoping to treat a troublesome area, I would strongly recommend Brandon at this place.

I visited the resident chiropractor last summer because I was in misery due to a herniated disc. I…read moresought them out because someone suggested laser therapy to me. Ten minutes into my initial assessment that idea was dismissed but I didn't really mind because my back saw gradual improvement with the prescribed treatment I did receive. Problems began when I ordered orthotics through them. I persevered through the discomfort because I was told this was all part of the adjustment period. However, that discomfort turned into severe pain. The extra padding added later did nothing to ease the pain. After a few ineffective suggestions, I was then informed by the chiropractor to see them again once the pain subsided - which I interpreted as "there's nothing more I can do for you." I was left with plantar fasciitis that to this day still requires therapy. Thank goodness I found another chiropractor who worked with me to find and employ effective treatment. I am sorry, but I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone.

I want to be clear the massage therapist himself was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional,…read moreand clearly takes pride in his work. He's the only reason this review isn't lower. The clinic management, however, is completely unacceptable. There was no hot water for two weeks, which meant no hot towels something that is a bare minimum expectation for any massage clinic. Operating like this shows a serious lack of accountability and basic standards. It's frustrating to see a skilled therapist working in an environment that's so poorly managed. Clients are paying for a professional experience, and the clinic is failing to deliver on even the most basic level. Management needs to get it together. After posting this review, I received an email from management that was extremely aggressive and rude. Businesses often ask customers to leave reviews, but when honest feedback is shared, some responses include threats instead of accountability. This kind of reaction is not professional and makes clients feel intimidated rather than heard."
