She's a decent doctor - is easy to talk to, listens to my problems, tries to be helpful, & doesn't seem to rush the appointment.

The total appointment time was 30 minutes, including the 10 minute waiting time to be seen. Waiting reception area showed they had a consistent level of clients waiting to be seen or leaving. Staff were very friendly and kind, they handle our requested service professionally and with ease. There's ample parking in the back of the building with a back entrance as well. There was a slight mishap as they wanted to charge $500 for our service but it was quickly corrected before we paid and they apologized for the miscommunication. We will not hesitate to come back for a future procedure.

I spent nearly $4,000 on three laser treatments, creams, and consultation fees, only to end up with skin that looked considerably worse for about six months before finally returning to its original condition. My first laser treatment initially showed promising results, but within weeks, my melasma returned darker than before, accompanied by broken capillaries and increased redness on my cheeks. Subsequent treatments focused largely on addressing these new issues, with little improvement. What disappointed me most was the lack of transparency about potential adverse outcomes. Dr. Wilson initially made me feel confident that my melasma could be successfully treated, but the tone of our conversations changed a full 180 degrees after the first treatment, when things didn't go as expected. These risks had never been adequately explained to me beforehand. I had also specifically asked whether I could pay for just one session rather than committing to all three upfront, but was told that wasn't an option. In hindsight, this made the experience even more frustrating, as I felt financially locked into treatments that ultimately made my skin worse. I understand that everyone's skin reacts differently, and others may have better results. However, after spending so much money with such disappointing results, I had hoped for some empathy or gesture of goodwill, whether a partial refund or complimentary corrective treatment. Neither was offered. Ultimately, I feel let down not just by the lack of results, but by the lack of transparency and follow-through. I left feeling that the practice was more concerned with collecting payment than ensuring patient satisfaction.

Sandra Yeh , MD - I came to her to treat my acne scar, which consultation made worse and gave me more acne

I had a really exceptional doctor before but she moved to another state. Like most reviews say, Dr. Yeh is fast paced. I like her because she's knowledgeable and although she's fast paced, I have never felt rushed. She addresses your issue and then she asks you if you want her to look at anything else. She even checked my back. She does not accept new patients, only by family referral. That is how I got in because at the time when she was accepting new patients, I found her for my parents. Then several years later I was accepted as a new patient because my parents were patients there.

Instead of asking what I eat, what is my skin care routine, and what she recommends me to do, she stated I should do chemical peeling once a month with her, which is 200 dollars. It ruined my skin barrier and I started to break out even more, it was the worse acne I ever had. She stated it was purging, but this left so many scars on my face, and previously my skin was alright. I came in to get my acne scar reduced since I had a few in high school.. and my skin use to be so clear people as people would mention that I was glowing...

Dr. Badame had availability on the 31st and I took the appointment with very low expectations. The staff were welcoming but nothing extra ordinary. You have to provide your insurance card and driver's license and if your DL is electronic, you have to send it via email to the office staff. Wifi is very bad in the office so I had to go outside to do it and it was pouring. I wish I knew about this ahead of time. After a reasonable wait, considering that it was a doctor's office, I was taken to a room and the RN asked me about my concerns etc., and after a short while, I saw Dr. Badame. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He immediately had an answer to the issues that I was there for and recommended some cream and asked me to come back in 3 months. Since the cream that the doctor prescribed would most likely not be covered by insurance, the front desk staff recommended Wellness Pharmacy that would have it for much cheaper than a CVS or a Walgreens. I wanted to try my insurance first and so they sent it to CVS and when CVS confirmed the price for the cream, I called the office back and asked them to send it to the Wellness Pharmacy and they did so and I received a text confirming the same. The waiting room I was directed to had a screen with very useful information on caring for your skin, practical advise etc. while I waited. There was also a notice posted in the room about making sure that each patient asked all the questions they had and to leave satisfied and I liked that. A lot of doctor's offices try to rush you out and I didn't feel that way here. I would recommend him!

When you're paying for medical expertise, you want someone who knows what they're doing and doesn't waste your time. Dr Badame diagnosed my issue quickly, provided treatment options with clear explanations. I would most certainly recommend this Doctor. For appointment booking, thankfully, they do not put you though the automated AI that is wasting your time. The office staff are pleasant, easy to work with, and very considerate - they were able to fit me in at the last minute. Five starts to the Doctor and the office!

I've been to this clinic about four times and each time the doctor is running late. I had to leave without being seen to get back to work. If the doctor was excellent, maybe I could excuse that, but I am questioning if she's trustworthy. At one of my appointments, she asked if I was using a retinoid I shared the name of the brand this is a popular brand that many Dermatologist online recommend. She said she had never heard of the brand and instead sold me her product. She now has ads on Instagram selling her Skincare.
