I reached out…read moreto several movers (about 7 total), and Jonny was not only the quickest to respond, but also offered the most competitive pricing. This wasn't an easy job either. They helped me move a very heavy washer/dryer combo (300+ lbs) and a massive 10-foot couch. Both items could've easily been a nightmare, but Jonny and his helper, Mathew, handled everything smoothly and professionally. Mathew especially deserves a shoutout--super professional, easy to work with, and honestly impressively strong given his build. You can tell these guys know exactly what they're doing and take pride in their work. I know they mainly service the upper San Gabriel Valley area, so I feel lucky they were able to take on my move. If you're looking for reliable, responsive, and competitively priced movers, I'd highly recommend Jonny and his team. Appreciate these guys!

From the moment I signed up, I was almost immediately reached out to by a driver from Ziply. He was friendly and politely informed me that his vehicle was too small for the job, but that Matt from dispatching would be searching for an alternate vehicle and would be calling me shortly. All of that happened. Not only was my mattress picked up quickly, delivered professionally, but also, the cost was so much more reasonable than what the "tasker" had charged me. Definitely definitely recommend!!!

The office manager that informs you about your approximate delivery time is very polite and accommodating to your schedule. The two gentleman that delivered my furniture were so professional and dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. Prior to delivering my furniture, they ask to see where the furniture is going to go, so they can determine the best and efficient way to place the furniture. Both gentlemen made sure not to damage my furniture or the door openings while bringing in the furniture. After they bring it in, they offered to place it exactly where we wanted it, but we weren't sure at the moment. They also removed and disposed of all the packing material the furniture was wrapped in. I offered to dump it in my own trash can, but they insisted on taking back to their facility to dump it in their dumpster. I wish I caught the names of these gentlemen, as they're worth mentioning by name. These guys go way beyond expectations and are motivated to ensure great customer service! Update: I was informed the gentlemen that delivered my furniture are Chris and QC. Both are very detailed and dedicated to this business. Both mentioned they feel like they're treated like family, not like just an employee.
