This company was extremely unprofessional. They changed their delivery times and expected the customer to fit in with their own arrangements. I hope I don't have to work with them again. read more

Horrible doesn't begin to describe this mess. Sat at hone Thursday afternoon for a 1 to 4 appointment, Truck shows up but has NO washer or dryer on it. YF rescheduled for Friday afternoon between 1:30 and 5:30 , I got call from driver at 6:36 am to tell me he was there but I was already ay work. Then driver told me he would be back around 3pm but YY sent me message that it would be 1 to 5pm so I took off work a second day and waited all afternoon and YF never showed. As most of the people here, I purchased a washing machine from Appliance Connection and they used this horrible local company to deliver it. First of all, I paid for white glove service, but the drivers seemed to want to rush to get the order done, and didn't remove any of the debris left by opening and removing shipping material. They said that they don't remove the debris. As far as I've experienced, white glove delivery removes the debris from the home after it's placed in the room of our choice. The item shipped was very heavy and my parents who are elderly had to strain themselves to remove cardboard shipping material from under the washing machine. They primarily spoke another language amongst themselves (Russian or German), which left us feeling like they didn't want to associate with us and/or respect us and our home. All they asked was where it was going and told us to remove it from the packaging and inspect it. It didn't feel like white glove delivery at all. I also didn't like that this company doesn't give you a choice of when they arrive at your home without having to pay a rescheduling fee. Fortunately, my parents are retired and are available to accept delivery any day, but sometimes they have prior engagements like doctor's appointments and have to leave the house, and don't feel it's fair that as customers if they need to reschedule the delivery time that they have to pay a fee of $75 when it's not any fault of their own if they're not available. As customers, shipping companies are supposed to work around our schedule, not the other way around. Just like you're working a job, your customers are also working their jobs and shouldn't be forced to take a scheduled delivery without question lest they pay a fee. They only reason I didn't use Amazon is because the washing machine was a specialty order and could only be found from the creator's website (Speed Queen commercial mechanical washing machine). Please don't even think of using this company for your shipping needs. They are unprofessional and are just looking to make a quick buck. Felt more like cable guys than a company that provides good service, let alone white glove delivery service! read more

So let me start off by saying the delivery staff is very friendly but a little rough with furniture. I'm giving a 3 star because it took over a month to receive my couch and when it finally got to my house they left a piece in NJ so I had to wait another 1 1/2 weeks to get that. I recommend this company if you're looking for cheap shipping but are willing to wait for your items and can deal with the incompetent in their shipping warehouse. read more

I will never again use any supplier that ships with YF Logistics. Scheduled (and confirmed) delivery window was 4:30-8:30 PM. Driver was to contact me 30 minutes ahead since delivery address is a rental property and I don't live there. I got a call from tenant at 9:30AM (9 hours early) that the dryer was "dumped" on the deck and drivers left. I had also paid for removal of old dryer as well as an LP converter so dryer could run on propane (neither of which was delivered/completed). I called driver and he assured me he would come back on his way home and take care of things. He never showed up so we had to go to the property at 9PM and lug a dryer down to the basement as well as lugging old dryer to the curb. Now I have to pay someone to pick up old dryer as well as order an LP converter and we can't hook dryer up until next week the converter arrives. I've had deliveries from this company on the past and they haven't been quite this bad - but this experience was just too much. Worst customer service ever. read more

I ordered a refrigerator from Appliances Connection on 7/5/21. I got confirmation from a Sales Support person at Appliances Connection on 7/8 that it had been picked up by YF Logistics on 7/7 from the warehouse in NJ and travel time should be 5-6 days. On 7/10 I got an email confirming delivery for 7/14 between 11:00am-3:00pm and that I would get a call 24-48 hours in advance to confirm details. I didn't get a call in advance, but the tracking system said the delivery was still scheduled. I took time off work to be home for the delivery. No contact by 2:30pm. I called the number provided with the delivery confirmation email. After waiting about 20 minutes on hold I got an agent who said there was no scheduled delivery and the confirmation must have been "autogenerated" and on her screen it appeared they had never picked up the fridge the warehouse. She said she would check with their Quality Control department and get right back to me. No word back in 26 hours. read more

Absolutely horrendous experience from the get go, and unfortunately, a month later, it's ongoing. Ordered a freezer off of Amazon for the business I work for, which is a residential program for disabled Veterans, on May 25th. We were given a delivery date of June 7th. I NEVER had a problem with an Amazon delivery in the decade I've been using them. On June 7th, our delivery date gets moved to June 8th. On June 8th, nothing arrives. On June 15th, a man calls and informs my staff that he'll be arriving the following day. On June 16th he arrives and minutes later informs my staff that " the freezer was never loaded on the truck". He said we would receive a call with a new delivery date. Today is June 25th and we have not received a call or email. I have been calling YF Logistics non-stop for the last 2 days. Twice I was able to get " Mary " on the phone, who, although very pleasant, could not give me any information. I informed her that we had homeless/disabled Veterans in our facility that prepared their meals on-site and we needed this freezer weeks ago. First she told me she'd call me back, which she didn't, and the second time she told me a Supervisor would contact me after I demanded to speak to one, which also hasn't happened. I told her I felt very sorry for her having to deal with these calls all day because after reading the reviews I was certain this is what she deals with all day. DO NOT ever order anything that is delivered by this company. I'm hoping my review, in addition to the dozens of others who have experienced this, is one more step towards getting this scam artist of a company shut down! read more

The service was horrible. They broke my screen getting the appliances in the door. They sprang the hinge on the door and reset it incorrectly. After 6 months, my 100 lb microwave fell off the cabinet. The microwave was not installed properly at all. The filter was not put in and the exhaust was configured wrong. My cabinet is totally destroyed. As a third party vendor they should bear some responsibility. This is costing me money that is not my responsibility. read more

I would give no stars if possible. I bought a stove on Amazon. I was in no rush to get it since our house is being renovated. One Saturday afternoon I get s phone call from a guy saying he's on his way to my house with my stove. We were away for the weekend. I explained to him no one informed me this was coming. His response was "they keep doing this to us!!" Referring to the company. A week later, Friday night at 7:55pm, a phone call from a driver who says "we're up next". I told him it was 8 on a Friday night, I'm not even living at the delivery location and I can't be there. Monday morning I call. They don't even acknowledge that they haven't called me and just keep randomly delivering. They then tell me the delivery would be set for this Friday (tonight) and they will call me Weds with a window to confirm. Weds comes and goes. So now I'm sitting here on a Friday night (6:30pm), their office is closed, and I have no idea when this thing is coming I called Amazon who directed me to an A&M trucking who have no clue who I or my order is. Don't even use or deal with this company. If I knew the 3rd party seller amazon used, I would say the same. read more

YF Logistics are the WORST. DO NOT USE. We bought a dishwasher from Applicances Connection and signed up for installation. From the moment they arrived, the guys were making up reasons why it was a problem to do the install - ALL LIES. They were incredibly obnoxious and disrespectful the whole time. Then, after they left (and they left everything in our kitchen totally disgusting) we found out they had CUT the line to our refrigerator so that it could not produce water or ice!!!! We had to hire a plumber to fix. And, he told us that YF had hooked up the dishwasher to cold water instead of hot. THEY ARE AWFUL! read more

When I initially inquired about my order I was told by the company I purchased my items from that when my items were in the warehouse, the delivery company would call me and schedule the delivery. The next time I checked online to see the status of my order I saw it was out for delivery. I called and was told it would arrive the next day between 1:30 and 7:00. I was furious because I work and I was given no time and it was already on the truck. The morning of I get a call that the time had changed from 1:30 to 7:00 to 3:30 to 5:30. I am on my way home at around 1:00 and I get a call that the delivery truck was 45 minutes away. What? If I didn't leave work early, I would have been screwed. Then the delivery people unload my two curios and are basically going to leave and I ask :"Do you take them out of the box?". I had white glove delivery and that always meant the items were unboxed and put in their place. The delivery guy responded that they didn't. I asked if he had a box cutter so I could at least verify that these were the items I ordered and he cut the box just enough so I could see the color of the wood. I asked him how could I inspect for damage and he told me that if there was damage I could take it up with the company I purchased from. So, there I am at 58 and my mother at 82 trying to get through this heavy cardboard with a scissor and then trying to shimmy the curios off the base in the box. Then the both of us are trying to move the curios to their respective places. Unbelievable! Disgusting service. If that wasn't enough, I get to the second curio and find that the brackets used to hold up the shelves are totally missing from this curio (not the delivery person's fault). You ought to be ashamed of what you call white glove service. read more

I cannot say enough good things about the delivery I had from YF Logistics last week. They are the company that delivered our new refrigerator from Appliances Connection in NY to our home in VA. They sent me a pic a day ahead of time of the 2 technicians coming to my home to remove old fridge and bring in and install new one and hook it up, a service I ordered. My delivery crew was Juan Cruz and Steve (last name I forgot, sorry) and they were professional, courteous, efficient, and competent about the installation & hookup of the new Whirlpool refrigerator. YF Logistics sent me a text reminder a day ahead of time advising timeframe for delivery. The day of delivery I received another text stating that my delivery window was from 4:30 to 8:30 and that I was customer #8, last of the day. I kept checking the online update which advised when they were at delivery #'s 5, 6, 7, etc. so I could gauge how much time before they got to us. I was surprised that they were at my house ahead of 8:30 pm. They were mindful of walls and floors when taking old fridge to truck and delivered new one to kitchen. NO DAMAGE. Quality customer service. Really cordial Techs. Ours was not an easy installation as we have copper waterline, our water shut off valve under sink broke and cold waterline would not shut off! They persevered and stayed with us as we went through waterline issues and all alternate installation options. Fridge was in perfect, pristine condition and old junker fridge gone! New one was finally hooked up and working beautifully. I wish every delivery team could be pros like Juan and Steve. YF Logistics is fortunate to have such great folks representing their company to the consumer. I used to teach customer service so I know what great customer service looks like -- it's Juan and Steve and all teams that provide similar high quality services. read more

Less than 24 hours notice of delivery between 2pm - 8pm; 7.47pm receive phone call, "Is delivery man, 15 minutes." They arrive in less than five minutes, two non English speaking men who could be two of the three stooges. I scramble to move freezer items to coolers. After much discussion in their native language, they decided I needed to pay them $150 to remove 3 doors to facilitate the delivery. They had me, what could I do but agree it was dark out and they were moving expensive appliances. In 3 hours they removed my old appliances & delivered refrigerator & stove to kitchen; the dryer was left lying on a blanket on my bulkhead stairs. I could not tell you what they did in 3 hours; my husband and I had moved the refrigerator & stove to other rooms by ourselves without problem to have our floors refinished. I also have three separate doors on the first floor they could have utilized. I could not understand most of what they were saying. I did understand that they we very unhappy that I did not have $150 in cash to pay them. Finally agreed to take a check made out to one of them personally, not the delivery company. Told me is no bounce check. Insulting. They were too tired to get the dryer in at 10:30pm, pure and simple. AND, they left the boxes all over my front lawn. read more

After purchasing our new refrigerator from Appliances Connection, within a day we got tracking info for the shipment from YF Logistics. I looked up reviews for this company and immediately found mostly negative reviews and started to second guess myself on whether I made the correct decision to make such a big purchase from this company. The day before delivery, I was given a 4 hour window and asked to confirm. On delivery day, I got a call from the driver giving me an estimate that was still within the time window which was provided a day prior. During the window I needed to leave the house for 30 minutes, so I called the driver to find out if that was possible and he said they would be there in 45 minutes, so I waited. Roughly 45 minutes later, the truck showed up and the two very professional and friendly men greeted me. They noted that we would need to take the doors off the fridge to get it in my front door and it would be an additional cost of $25 a door which I was prepared for since after ordering, there were several warnings on the shipping info regarding additional charges if things didn't fit. They were very happy to do everything it took to get the fridge where I wanted it and never once even fathomed leaving it outside like others have noted. Once they had it where I wanted it, they put the fridge back together and were on their way. Unless I just got lucky with the driver and helper team, I don't see how this company could get so many negative reviews. I would definitely order from Applicances Connection again assuming they would be using this freight company. read more

I'd previously rated this company as a zero- as an update to our saga- the dishwasher they "professionally installed " has not worked right since we got it. We've trouble shot with LG who finally sent a tech out. Problem: incorrect installation. Called Appliance Connection who quickly transferred me to YF Logistics. After a week they sent the same guys. Pulled the dishwasher out- hose was completely kinked. They had no parts with them. In an attempt to put the dishwasher back they unscrewed they broke something & ball bearings spilled all over my kitchen- he immediately got on the phone (speaking in foreign) & then puts someone on with my husband- our brand new dishwasher is now non repairable. Victoria promised a brand new dishwasher would be delivered & installed 1st thing Friday. Wednesday night we get an email- delivery & hall away will be between 4-8 pm SATURDAY. Installation next week. WHAT A JOKE THIS COMPANY IS!! read more

Ordered a few things from Amazon, seller used this company to ship. Two packages - a downdraft hood and remote blower. The truck pulls up first time on a Thursday at 6pm with 30 minutes notice, neither package is on the truck (!). The following week they schedule delivery for Saturday, then call me at 8pm on Fri eve and say "30 minutes". They show up with two downdraft hoods, no blower. I kept the one with the intact box (one was shredded). Eventually the vendor shipped via UPS. They're not so good at the "logistics" part. read more

So seeing the other review which is one star, scared me because on the first delivery attempt they were 4 hours late and after the delivery guys had unloaded and dug through the contents discovered that the refrigerator was not on the truck. Someone, either the store or this freight company had not loaded it! I called the next morning, Friday, and they made it all better by sending a new one the next business day which arrived on Monday evening. This time they arrived within the proper time frame and white glove delivered the fridge up the condo stairs to make up for the goof. Drama was over. They were really nice, gave me the driver's cell phone and did their best. I didn't have communication problems. They are probably locally owned and "affordable" which explains why I didn't have to pay a shipping fee on the fridge. Overall I'm happy and would use them again now that I know how they work. The initial goof was worth the no shipping fee by seller and white glove fridge set up. read more

I am sad and frustrated. Have had good experience with appliance Connection in the past. This is our largest order. An expensive washer and dryer. I called the trucker and was told it would be delivered on Thursday December 21. Then got a computer message which I couldn't understand....called them back for clarification and was told I shouldn't have been told Thursday as "I don't have a truck in your area that day". Was scheduled from 12:00-6:00 on Saturday December 23. t is now 7:00 PM. I have been waiting for a call since 11:00 this morning. The trucking company says they are closed and no way to leave a message. Busy signal at Appliance Connection. I am afraid I won't be using Appliance Connection again if they continue to ship with these people. read more

I ordered a high-capacity 28,000 Btu AC from Appliance Connection at an excellent price which included free delivery, over the threshold into the house. Even though we are just 4-5 hours drive from NYC, it did take a week for the delivery to happen. I did not get any advance call the day before but did get a text message to my cell phone letting me know they expected to arrive in 30 minutes. Luckily, I was only 5 minutes from home at that time. The two delivery persons were quiet, efficient, and polite and kindly and carefully moved the boxed AC unit into the house and placed it where I asked them to place it. This is a terrible company, we purchased a dishwasher through Appliances Connection and bought an install as well. They installed the dishwasher, it leaked after 4 days and caused major damage onto our floor. They sent a second installation crew out from the same company YF Logistics, they confirmed faulty installation, did not turn the dishwasher on that had an error message. The dishwasher is still not working and we have damages to the floor. Appliances Connection does not want to take any responsibility and they want to put a claim towards our home owner insurance. This should be towards YF Logistics Liability insurance. We paid good money for both the service and the appliance, what are we left with...do not use any of these companies! Please pay attention to the reviews! The ones with more stars are phony! YF logistics are not certified installers! They left the sink cabinet covered in water. read more

If it were an option, I'd give them ZERO stars. This company was AWFUL and they treated me like TRASH. We were given a SIX HOUR window for them to deliver our sofa and no one showed up. I called AND emailed their office but they were closed. The driver called me the next morning and when asked why they were a no-show the day prior, he said there was bad weather. I asked why no one contacted me to make me aware of the change (husband took off to be home) the driver said he FORGOT to call. He told me HE was the supervisor, he started raising his voice at me and continually interrupted me. Then I was promised delivery by noon and they were STILL over an hour late. The guy helping the driver was respectful but the driver was very rude. I called Appliances Connection to make them aware of my negative experience and they contacted the delivery company who said the driver wasn't able to contact the entire list of customers because there were so many. AC ended up giving me a small discount and they were very apologetic for the incident. read more

The worst service I have ever experienced, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I don't know where to start! I place an order with Appliance Connection and they contracted this company for delivery. My first delivery was cancelled due to a "glitch" in there system, I was told by a manager that my delivery would be sent the following Thursday with a white glove upgrade, and was promised I would be getting a call the day before to confirm, never received a call, I looked online and the tracking info said it would be delivered on Saturday, I called the company, no one knew who I spoke with, said they could not send my item on that day I was told and would have to wait until Saturday, was told a manager would call me back, never got the phone call. Now today is Saturday the day I'm supposed to receive my item again, delivery time 11-5pm, received a call from the delivery guy at 5:30p saying they would be at my house in an hour (6:30). Just received another phone call saying another hour, so we're at 7:30p now. Never again will I deal with this company and I hope no one does. read more

The experience that I had with this company was horrible! I had spoken to a lady when I first received the delivery date window and let her know that we were anticipating this early in the week due to AppliancesConnection saying that it would be delivered early in the week. The lady was nice and apologized and said that they didn't have any control over that. I had asked her to make a note to not schedule a delivery before X time. I received the delivery window a day later and it was scheduled before that time!!! I was furious. I had called in and talked to a different lady and she said no note was ever placed in their system. She promised to get it to us on x date but it'd be way earlier than anticipated time wise. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, after a debacle of almost getting the delivery cancelled, the delivery driver shows up, is extremely rude to the home owner and tries to sell him hoses but won't invoice us for them. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service I received from YF Logistics, given the negative reviews I'd read -- and the difficulty I'd already had with my order from Appliances Connection. I spoke to two people at the YF Logistics call center, and both were extremely friendly and helpful. Their policy is for drivers to contact you 30 minutes ahead of arrival, but the lady I spoke to at the call center proactively offered to have the delivery guys give me a 60-minute heads up instead so it would be more convenient for my work/commute schedule. The delivery guys did indeed call with ample notice and showed up within the delivery timeframe. I ordered white glove delivery, so naturally they brought all of the pieces of the bed to the room I specified. I had been in the process of installing a curtain rod when they arrived, and they were nice enough to offer to make sure the curtain rod was on straight and securely fastened to the wall -- which was certainly not in their job description. I'm very grateful for their help and prompt service. read more

We got a phone call Sunday morning from Brad Bowen they were going to deliver and we were not home. We spoke with brad that tracie never gave us a confirmation. He proceeded to yell aggressively at my fiancé and called him a doosh bag and did not even ask Tracie what happened. We asked to speak with a manager and Brad Bowen would not let us speak to manager.
