My experience was horrific. He put a hole in my sinus pulling an upper molar and I had to go to another surgeon to get it fixed. The staff and doctor were rude and preoccupied with everything but their patients. Be smart and learn from my experience, find another doctor. read more

Find another surgeon. Don't let this happen to you. Especially to a child. The receptionist was incredibly rude and extremely unwelcoming. She is the face of their officrle. The first impression a patoent has. I should have turned around and left based solely on her. She did not acknowledge me until I said hello. Was busy chit chatting with another staff member. Even then she did not bother to look up from the computer and make eye contact or welcome me. She asked for information that had already been provided and it wasn't until I said they already had it did she bother to look in the file. Additionally, she was also rude when I asked if this is where I checked out. Said "where else would it be". Not that any staff member gave us a tour or directed us to the checkout area when the appointment was finished. I was not provided with pre appointment instructions. Did not receive any advanced paperwork or phone call. I did ask upon arriving if our appointment was today because I did mot receive a call in advance or any instructions. The response was "We do not call out. It is your responsibility to know when your appointment is". The Doctor was upset that steps had not been followed prior to appointment. As a result not all pain options were an option. Post appointment and after speaking with several other medical professionals as well as another oral surgeons office, it quickly became apparent that I was lied to. My son was put through unnecessary pain and trama as a result. All options should have been made available. My child begged me not to take him back. Cried because I did not stand up for him when he said he was in pain. Looking back I should have advocated for him. I didn't realize that he actually was in pain. I thought he was just scared. First oral surgery and being a child, or any age for that matter, I trusted the Doctor to do what was in my child's best interest and to reassure me that he was okay and not in pain. Do your research. Don't take a referral from another Doctor at face value. Ask questions. Find out if they have personally used them. If they would take their family to them. My referral came from an office who did not know them. Their staff was applaud at the way we were treated and apologized profusely. Please don't let this happen to you or anyone you love. read more

We had a pretty bad experience here this week. First of all the receptionist Danielle was so rude I was disgusted. Her job serves as first impression of the office, and based on her attitude I should have never even made the appointment, but my daughters orthodontist highly recommended this place. I called the day before just to confirm her appointment and that call was handled so rudely, like how dare I interrupt her day to inquire about an appointment that took me two months to schedule in the first place! Then I explained my child was very nervous and asked if the doctor would be able to prescribe something to help her relax the morning of the appointment. She said no! She is NOT a medical professional! I asked her to please place the call on hold as I didn't mind waiting for her to confirm that with the dr. She came back almost immediately and asked for the number of my pharmacy! So yeah, the dr does do it, and Danielle, this is not up to you, stay in your lane! Now we get to the appointment and there she is behind the window can barely be bothered to greet us and asks me to fill out new paperwork. No problem, it had been a while since we had been there. I indicated on the first page of the packet that we had a change in our insurance. Then we get called back....oh boy! My daughter was so nervous. We met with Lee, had to ask her name because my goodness introducing herself would have been just to difficult. We were asking questions and she was clearly annoyed. In comes the dr...he appears nice but clearly put off by having to calm down a very nervous kid. My daughter was literally shaking so violently. He leaves the room and we can hear him outside yelling that she is wasting his time. So rude! She's terrified, help her don't complain about it. Its literally part of your job to help put patients at ease. They ask me to leave for the procedure, which I did not want to do but he insisted. When I came back my kid was hysterical. They insisted oh she's fine! She later says he was quite aggressive. We had given her some music to listen to through her ear buds to help her relax. He turned off the music once I left the room! We wait and wait and wait and finally Lee gives us some post procedure instructions. Now it's time to leave...and here we are back with the ever so kind Danielle! Asking if have a balance due she gives me a total significantly higher amount than anticipated. I was shocked. So, being an informed consumer, I asked her why so high. Well you do understand the procedure she just had, blah blah blah, rude, rude, rude, and you don't have insurance! Wait a second, yes I do! As a matter of fact I indicated that on the first page of the packet I filled out upon entering that morning. Mind you we were there for over 90 minutes, plenty of time for her to have had an opportunity to read said paperwork. She was very overly bothered by my questions and my refusal to pay the high amount so she finally looks and oh yes, I do have insurance and your co-pay is 20% of the total that she had expected me to pay that day! Had she done her work in the beginning, she would have known this! She was so put off by having to do her job it was disgusting! I will never set foot back in that place and will be speaking to our orthodontist to share this experience and I hope he will reconsider encouraging other families to go here. The whole experience was barbaric. Not only was there a lot of pain but he caused problems that are now costing me $$$$. Be smart and safe and go to someone else. I wish someone had written a review about him before I went. I hope this review will save someone else from having such a horrible experience. read more
