He was very patient with me, but at the same time very efficient, and thorough. He explained the treatment options very well, and was very considerate. I trust him completely with medical decisions. All the stuff in "Northcoast Endodontic Specialists" that I met were also very nice. I am so glad I was referred to this doctor!

Dr. Cocoran and his nurse not only talked me into receiving Novocain in the roof of my mouth, they made the whole process easier than any experience I've ever had in that situation. It was painless, in every sense of the word, which seems crazy considering it was a needle in the roof of my mouth. He absolutely knows what he's doing and I have every confidence in going here for my dental work.

The pain kept me up all night, I was desperate. I set the appointment for later in the day at a further location than I would have liked so I didn't miss work. It was an hour drive from my job, 30 from home. They called me that morning to change it for earlier. Said it was either that or a different day. Since it was a Thursday and they were booked Friday, I had no choice. The appointment was fine and the Doctor did treat an infection in the tooth. They gave me an estimate for a root canal and crown. $1600. They offered their crazy high interest financing (35%) but, since it was near the end of the year and I could load the total on my FSA card AAAAND the girl said the estimate was good for 90 days ( google it- it is a thing) I thought " perfect! Ill schedule at the beginning of January when my card reloaded." Also- the surgeon only comes to the Strongsville location once a month. I called for the appointment in January and to my surprise they added $800 to my total!! The prices went up she said. But I had a 90 day guaranteed estimate!! Nope. The price hike invalidated it. But hey, I can use that high interest financing which would cost me an additional $875.00 Forget that! I luckily found a private practice that took me and took care of the issue for less than the initial estimate from Aspen. In a dire emergency, like if you need a infected tooth treated, and cant find anywhere else, (like seriously, TRY )fine. BUT keep in mind they only have a surgeon once a month, all services must be paid for on the spot, OR use that crazy high financing. And a guarantee means NOTHING here.

A dozen more would not return the emergency messages we left on voicemail. The Dental Works main receptionist called several offices trying to get us help and finally the Middelburg office said to come on in and then Dr Shah was just brilliant--talking to our orthodontist and carefully removing the appliance. She saved our trip. I wish we lived here because she would be who I would turn to with any dental problem. She knows that first and foremost she is a doctor and that her job is to help people--even if they are not her patients and the situation is not ordinary.
