THEN, I went up there to get a paper prescription. The receptionist was moody and told me the doctor would get to it when he wasn't with a patient. So I left. I wasted all that gas to get a paper prescription of the toothpaste. It's not like the doctor was doing open heart surgery. Well, the place is closed now and my toothpaste prescription still isn't filled. That receptionist could care less about me. I don't have her name, but today is April 14, 2026 so the woman who was working today was nasty. I don't need to be treated rudely when I literally drive there, because of the confusion she had with the pharmacy. I was trying to alleviate the confusion and I got kicked out. I'm a patient and I got kicked out. The dentist is amazing, but if you need a prescription from this place, be prepared to get sarcasm and lack of care from the receptionist.

I went through 3 other dentists before her and they were all OK. The first dentist I had made me go through procedures and put braces on me and flew the country with the money paid to her. Then I had to go to another dentist to have them removed and I thought that this lady was always late with all my appointments. I would be in the waiting room for at least an hour before she called me back. And time is precious to be so I couldn't keep doing this. And the stories go on... My very first visit with Dr. Jodie was absolutely amazing! Everyone in that place is so friendly and welcoming! They helped me and guided me through everything I needed to do for them. They give me reminder texts and calls so I don't miss my appointment. They truly listen to their patients and ask them for any concerns and are more then helpful with information that you are seeking about your dental. She is very knowledgeable and caring and its always a happy experience when I get out of there. I don't think I ever got upset or mad about anything when I come here. I would highly suggest her to anyone seeking a new dentist with amazing care!

They were able to remove and put in a partial before the wedding told me after the wedding, they would call me and get me in for the permanent bridge they were putting in. Not only have i spent 4k to have bridge put in now they are blaming me for not going in soon enough to get my permanent one put on. after multiple calls to the office and no return calls 7 months after the temp was put in there I had the permanent one put in 30 days ago. Now I have a terrible infection in that tooth and they say ohh you may need a root canal and they want me to pay for it. Though they are the ones who messed up the tooth in the first place. NEVER had a problem with that tooth before this bridge went on there. And they are NOT willing to help at all. Needless to say I will NOT be returning to there facility at all and i would recommend no one uses there service up there on West Ridgewood going forward.
