He really took the time to ask all the right questions so he understood exactly what I needed. Never did I feel I was being sold, just hospitably served! Went to several bike shops and all they said was , it be better to just buy a new one. With all the parts that was rusty and old , I knew it can be brought to life. Well, I Went to Sun and Ski and met Mr Henry. Once he saw my bike, he simply said,"Nice One" I told him what I wanted to do and without hesitation he said it would be fun and a new challenge to bring my bike to life. Sun And SKI are very lucky to have Henry as one of their mechanics Tech because he's extremely knowledgeable sharp and well decorated with professional service. He always had me updated when the bike was almost done and did not try to sell me anything else that the bike needed. He was honest and only recommended what it may need later if I decide to keep the bike. With that said I added new wheels that made a major difference. Well many may say, I'm Exaggerating but the truth is, it's hard to find good customer service. Henry did just that, Good Customer Service is why I am writing this. The two staff at the counter greeted me as I walked in... the apparel had been nicely organized and merchandised like REI can! C-TBI is a little bit different as it wasn't just one big hit that caused damage... it's been a bunch of accumulative hits over a lifetime. If it wasn't for the NFL talking about concussion and CTE, no one would believe me. Now one of the my life's purposes is to make others aware of the seriousness of head injuries, no matter how minuet that might seem at the moment... *NOTE* every single little hit adds up! With all this said, I stopped in to Austin Canoe & Kayak to pick up a helmet to wear on my future rafting trips... as well as any other extreme sports that might appeal to me in the future. Ha! Who am I kidding, I probably need to wear it daily around house as another hit to my head just might leave me in a veg state or kill me... that's just the reality of my life. I was very upset about that and I learned my lesson so now I'm registered on the app and I'll make sure everything I get is registered for points and for purposes of a case I want to exchange it and I don't get stuck with something that I can't get my full value for especially if it was never used in the first place, so you live in you learn but that's not our fault. It's really all the shoplifters faults so if you catch shoplifters report their bitch asses, but they do have the best value of selection usually of any sporting store around. Very affordable just make sure you don't have to exchange it because then you lose a lot that value.
