If you have a chronic problem they just push you off to specialists who are fully booked. There's no more personal care here and actually seeing a Doctor is a pipe dream. Sad ,as before they moved, it was a quaint place for medical care and everyone knew your name.

She has a high level of expertise and has helped me tremendously to manage and/or resolve a number of health issues. She is very easy to talk to about any symptoms, issues, etc and I feel that she really listens, unlike some doctors I've worked with. She values the doctor-patient relationship. I know sometimes it's better to meet in person but I love the telehealth appointments since I have a bit of a drive to get to her office. (I would love it even if I didn't have the drive) I will likely continue via telehealth even when it's no longer a necessity, it's just so much easier.

He is convinced that my nerve pain, which only started after being brutally injured and spending two weeks in the ICU has nothing to do with the nerve pain I'm experiencing. Dr. Shah was snarky and beyond rude. He literally gave me a pat on the back which felt like an adult patting a child on the head. What an awful experience. If you are someone that enjoys being belittled and probably misdiagnosed, then I highly recommend Dr. Shah!
