I went to YES dental bc I broke a filling. The women at the counter were super friendly! They were able to squeeze me in for two fillings. The assistant was fabulous. I felt absolutely no pain. I have felt pain at previous dentists, so they were freaking awesome. I went back for a root canal and literally took a nap. It was lit. I came back and changed this to four stars. I came here again to have my other two fillings taken care of. The woman caused me a lot of pain. She didnt listen to me about the feeling of the filling, so i am still in pain weeks later. She also cut my tongue while trying to grind down the filling. Bad experience. read more

Long wait! Horrible service! My daughter was charged twice for a co pay and they treated the wrong area! read more

Really long wait time. If you have a appointment here make sure you have no rher plans that day because you will sit in the office for hours. read more

The front desk staffs are rude. They don't have patience with me. Don't go there for an oral surgery because the surgeon only go there once a month. My son has to withhold food and beverages for 10 hours. His appointment was 2pm, 16 years old. According to my experience there for a simple teeth cleaning appointment. I had to wait for an hour to be seen. Think about this, no food or drinks for whole 10 hours plus one hour wait for the procedure. My son will faint. So I cancelled the appointment and the lady talked over me and hung me up. I called back and she said you call again. Well..I because I need to reschedule. She said she doesn't know until two weeks because the surgeon only comes once a month. This place is crazy. read more

I had one of the worst dental experiences of my life at Yes Dental. My first visit in 2024 was to fix a broken filling. After they repaired it, I started experiencing severe sensitivity -- to the point where I couldn't even drink water or eat anything with temperature. I went back the very next day and was told it would go away with time and that I should brush with Sensodyne. Months went by, and the problem never fully improved. In May 2025, I returned, and they said there was an overlap on the filling that needed to be corrected. I had it redone, and for a short time, the sensitivity eased. Then, about three months later, I developed excruciating pain that made it impossible to eat, sleep, or function normally. After several visits, they prescribed painkillers and antibiotics, and finally told me I needed a root canal. My root canal was scheduled for September 20, 2025, but the office called the day before to cancel, saying the insurance preauthorization was still under review. When I asked what could be done, they told me I could pay $800 upfront and that I would be reimbursed once insurance paid. I called my insurance company, and they informed me that Yes Dental was not supposed to charge for a crown since that service had not been done. When I went in to talk about the issue, the office manager was extremely rude, talked over me, and even disrespected my mother, who was there with me and simply trying to correct something the manager said incorrectly. The staff and even one of the dentists made inappropriate comments -- one even suggested that maybe it was my age causing my dental issues, which was uncalled for and unprofessional. I've never had dental issues before visiting this office, but since going there, I've had nothing but pain, stress, and frustration. Yes Dental shows no professionalism, no empathy, and no accountability for their mistakes. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this office at all costs. read more

Such a lot of waiting time, imagine you're appointment is at 3:00 p.m and they attend you at 4:00 to 5:00 P.M this is actually crazy because you have to wait a long time. this dentist is Horrible never again I am coming here. read more

I have an appointment for fillings today, scheduled for 3pm. I arrived to my appointment and signed in by 2:50pm. it is 4:20pm as I write this review and have not yet been seen. Staff have zero sense of urgency or respect for patients' time. I do not feel cared for or valued. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE! I am currently using the time to contact my insurance provider and look for a new dentist!! read more

Yes Dental? More like NO Dental. This place is completely unorganized and unprofessional. My grandmother had multiple visits here, yet they never seemed to know who she was, what her insurance was, or even the reason for her appointment. There was no respect for her time--she arrived at her scheduled time, was told she'd be next, and then watched as several other patients were taken in ahead of her. The care she received was just as bad. She went in for a routine cleaning, and they only cleaned one side of her mouth. How does that even happen? The quality of care was unacceptable. If I could give this place a zero, I would. Avoid at all costs! read more

This place prefers to tell the patient where is hurting them than asked the patients where are they actually having pain and what is bothering them. Ripping off the insurance without addressing the patients medical concern. read more

This dental office is a rip off,the receptionist has an attitude The dentist does a 5 second cleaning then hunts for the so called manager to give you the great news to inform you, that your insurance doesn't cover any of the work you are ineed of doing. I came into office for a first time visit from out of state. Dr. Singh and his assistant took there time a did a full dental exam and was very pleasant. All questions and concerns were answered in a professional way. He made her feel very comfortable and I look forward to returning back to the office. He explained all procedures and walked me through everything he did. I definitely recommend seeing him. Great job! Thank you for making me feel safe! read more

My son and I were new patients here and after waiting for over an hour in an overcrowded waiting room, we left. Why tell us you have an appointment for the following day knowing how booked you were already? We didn't ask for next day appointments. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I got a really bad vibe from it. read more

I wasn't sure about this place because my phone experience was awful but my actual surg was amazing. The surgeon was wonderful, so was every employee and the owners son. Idk if owner a dentist but sure hires some great people. The rooms for patients are all very dirty but dont worry, the or is great! The team works great together. The thin Spanish girl at front desk is great and the 2 girls in the back, the xray girl, she doesn't speak English well but she knows what shes doing, shes attentive and tries to be super accommodating. The other Spanish girl whos like a OR tech, shes the exact same but more fluent, shes quick witted and very authentic in her kindness. My brother in law, (married to my sister in law) was a patient here and my husbands brother helped them that day and said "i owe them my life" . I thought "wow... Lil extra for not being the patient. Helping ur sisters husband " but i totally get it now. They are like that. Anyone w bad reviews either dealt w someone on the phone because there is one floating somewhere who doesnt fit in but the rest are better then the best. Just dont judge only the rooms. The Or is the important thing and that surgeon is the kind whos doing it right. As Soon as i met him my whole attitude about the procedure changed. U know, face surg in Roosevelt mall, i wasnt thrilled. The pool hall i met my husband 30 years before.. My old stomping grounds... Not good for surgery, thats what i thought! The dirt probably just comes up from the locked up pool hall underneath because my husband has always been that lazy. Lol. He made those rooms dirty.. i always blame him.. its ok read more

Went and had oral surgery had all my teeth removed on a Thursday the following Thursday night I felt something sharp. Here It was a piece of tooth. Called an made an appointment to have it checked and removed. The oral surgeon is only there on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I made my appointment for Tuesday at 3:30 at 4:30 I asked the receptionist when I would be seen. She said soon after sitting there for an hour and a half I went back to the receptionist and asked how much longer she asked another girl if the dentist was ready for consultations. This wasn't a consultation. It was to have the piece of tooth removed and no, he wasn't ready yet. That was after being there for an hour and a half I finally left and found a different dentist. Why make appointments if you're not staying at least within 15 minutes of them. read more

I call in the morning to confirm my appointment they said yes. Then after I arrive the office, they said they had canceled my appointment because I had not confirmed the appointment. They use a different phone number rather this one +1 (215) 332-8700. And my phone have a lot of scams so I usually don't pick up any calls that I don't recognize. They send me the message yesterday, and I'm busy working can't confirm it on yesterday so I called in this morning to confirm my appointment they yes I do have that appointment. After I arrive they said they had cancel my appointment and scheduled for other clients. The front desk said I'm just doing my job. Yes she is definitely doing her job. I'm not getting mad at her but this stupid policy need to change. Confirm on the second day's morning means cancel the appointment? This waste my time. Two people take a day off to complete this but after arriving been told that my appointment had been cancelled. If that's how Yes dental treat client then ok I have nothing to say. Or just to me because I'm don't speak Spanish I'm not the client target. So treat different from me. And last time I scheduled an appointment for clean dental calculus wasn't a good experience because I arrive home I still see dental calculus on the bottom part of my teeth. Not professional, I giving a chance because this place close to my house. read more

My husband and I came to YES Dental he had a few appointments her prior to today , We show up for his appointment at 11 AM. The receptionist told us he didn't have an appointment today. Only Friday which he does one today and another Friday and another on May 15 . The receptionist told us several times there was no appointment for today. I told her he has an appointment today and Friday. She continue to say there's no appointment for him. We leave. I called back and asked for the office manager. The office manager gets on the phone and tells us oh he does have an appointment for today. His doctor called out And she'll be in Friday. My husband took a day off of work. That's not gonna work for us. Someone should've called us and told us that Dr wasn't going to be in the office... the office manager told us we could come right back in once we got back to the dental office, went to the front desk and say I said "see he did have an appointment today today the doctor called out that was the problem. That's the only thing somebody had to tell us this receptionist then begins to talk about us as we were sitting down. I kindly asked her. What did you say, she said I'm not talking to you. I said no you're not talking to me, but you were talking about us , At this point the waiting area is full with patients, that receptionist then going to tell me, I'm not checking him in. I said OK that's fine. You don't have to someone else she's been going to say to me you wanna step outside . Medical office where you can argue with a patient with a room with a waiting area filled with people and then say to another patient do you want to step outside and still have her job? I i've never been to a doctors office where a patient can be so disrespected by the receptionist and threaten bodily harm. This is crazy and the girl still has her job still in there working. No one came out to apologize to me for that girl behavior or my husband..And Derbra the manager is just as bad as the receptionist I told her exactly what happened and she said her receptionist was NOT wrong read more

I was there Friday, front desk Mayra was friendly and very respectful Her attention was an A+ and the doctor did a good job on my cleaning

My family has been going to this clinic for years since it is walking distance from where we live. We had generally positive experiences so far. My son and I went back for a routine checkup on September 22nd. The appointment was at 2 pm. My son didn't get seem around 3:20. I complained to the front lady and she apologized. She took me to an exam room and asked me to wait for the doctor. My doctor didn't show up until 3:40. When she asked me how I am doing, I complained that the wait was ridiculous. She was a little too eager to direct me to speak to the boss. The boss offered a half-assed apology, confused with my appointment time (he thought it was at 3:20 pm), and ask me if I want to reschedule. I was so frustrated at that point that I told him to go ahead cancel my appointment. There were a lot of patients waiting in the waiting area. I understand that they are busy, and they have a lot of business due to its location, but this is not a good business. tl;dr: 2-hour wait for a dental appointment, insincere apology, not worth it. read more

Honestly would give 0 stars if possible. The staff is short and often rude. In the middle of dental work the dentist and the assistant were talking negatively about the office other staff members, discussing how she was leaving to open her own office. Scheduling is the worst I've dealt with anywhere. On 3 separate occasions I showed up for my scheduled and confirmed appointment for them to tell that me my appointment wasn't on that day. That happened to my wife twice as well. I've also noticed every single time I'm in there, I can here from the other exams rooms, them telling patients they can't fix the tooth and need a root canal. It seems like that is their cash grab so be aware of that. I was told I needed root canals on 2 teeth and fillings weren't possible and was able to get them filled by another dentist who was confident the filling would be fine. I have been coming here for almost 7 years and within the last 2 in a half years. This place hasn't been like it was before. The receptionist always seems to have attitudes, they have been overbooking. No reason why I should have been waiting for more than 2 hours in the waiting room. They don't seem to take your concerns seriously. Wish the staff from before were still running this dentist office. Will have to begin looking for a new one for my kids and I. read more
