I drove 45 minutes to get here and arrived at 11:50 AM, but despite being early, I sat in a packed lobby for over an hour. I wasn't called back until 1:03 PM, effectively making me the last person in the entire waiting room for a routine cleaning that only took 25 minutes. What made the experience truly "1-star" wasn't just the delay, but the complete lack of basic courtesy from the staff. When I asked the front desk for a time estimate during my wait, I was dismissively told "you're next" without any apology or context. Even when the hygienist finally called my name, there was no acknowledgment of the fact that they were running an hour behind. The worst part was during checkout. When I asked the assistant if an hour-long wait was normal for this office, she completely ignored my question and just continued asking if a noon slot worked for my next visit. When I requested an earlier time specifically to avoid another massive delay, she condescendingly asked, "Are you sure you can come in that early?" It is incredibly frustrating to have your time disrespected and then be met with an attitude when you point it out. If you value your time and expect professional communication, I'd suggest going elsewhere.

Today I went to see Dr. Greenfield... I dig him! First of all, the office is quite large and very clean. He's got movie posters on the walls of the waiting room - the Big Lebowski, Scarface, Rocky, etc. I also like that he does everything HIMSELF! I'm not getting a half-assed cleaning from a dental hygienist and then seeing the doctor for .2 seconds so he/she can tell me that everything is fine. He actually does all of the cleaning personally. The third thing I like - he's chatty! He's got a very no-nonsense attitude, but he's also very warm and endearing. It's an odd combination to find, but a good one. The only reason that I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that when I left I had water allllll over me from the cleaning. I didn't mind because I was just going home, but I would advise against making an appointment if you need to go to work after or if you are going to be wearing a very nice article of clothing. Also, let's be real, I loved my old dentist so much that no one will ever match up. With that said, I'll certainly be returning to Dr. Greenfield. Cya in 6 months, doc!

I felt absolutely no pain. I have felt pain at previous dentists, so they were freaking awesome. I went back for a root canal and literally took a nap. It was lit. I came back and changed this to four stars. I came here again to have my other two fillings taken care of. The woman caused me a lot of pain. She didnt listen to me about the feeling of the filling, so i am still in pain weeks later. She also cut my tongue while trying to grind down the filling. Bad experience.

I have been going to Dr. Becker for a few years now. I don't live super close by anymore, but still…read moremake the trip because he really knows what he's doing. You can tell he enjoys his job, and your teeth are always in good hands. He also explains everything that is going on, why he's doing it, why it's important to have it done right away, or if it can wait. I always appreciate that. He also tells you up front what it's going to cost you, and even why (what he has to pay, what the insurance companies cover, etc.) He makes sure you understand everything before you walk out, and so does the rest of the staff. They are all very helpful and friendly. I have had caps put on, and most recently an implant tooth, which he worked closely with the periodontist to make sure everything was right. Even though I know he will have to one day retire (and it will be well deserved), part of me hopes that he never does.

A little background, over the years I was hard on my front teeth and have experienced a ?few? traumatic episodes in which my real teeth and then dental bridge have been knocked out of my face. The trauma has resulted in the degradation of my remaining teeth that support my then existing dental bridge. Dr. Fava was tasked with removing the damaged teeth and replacing them with implants. I cannot thank Dr. Fava and his wonderful staff enough. Dr. Fava is better than great, he is fantastic! His knowledge and expertise in periodontics is astounding. Following a detailed explanation of the procedures and costs, Dr. Fava preformed the extraction, repaired my hard and soft tissue, and delivered top notch Straumann implants. My other favorite dentist Dr. Mike Spatafora worked with Dr. Fava to give me back my SMILE!

My husband called his usual office and told them the pain was unbearable so they referred him to this place and they have been very professional. The office is very clean and the staff are very friendly. It feels like walking into your own home. They fitted him in on the same day and was able to pull it out. He had a elderly female surgeon that was very pleasant. They called him the day after surgery to check up on him as well. Highly recommended thank you A.L checchio & DR. G. T. She said she'd call me back after finding out. 2 days later, after no return phone call, I had to call her back. So I said lets make my appointment. She informed me she would have to make a consultation appointment first. (Why, if my dentist sent me with x-rays, instructions and a note??) I asked her if we could make it the same day as the extraction appointment, since I am in considerable pain, and don't want to prolong my agony. I also asked the cost of the consultation. Both questions she had no answers for, and said she would find out and call me back. That was 2 weeks ago and I have received no reply. I have been dismissed, disregarded and disrespected by this office staff. Through my insurance (BlueCross) I found Dr. Weiner's office, nestled in a strip mall next to a Little Caesars pizza place (hot and ready anyone?). It is a father and son dental office and they both have fantastic bed side manner! They have tv's in the dental exam rooms so you can enjoy the mid day news or a soap opera or two while you go for your regularly scheduled cleanings. Both Dr. Weiner's are fantastic, having now had both of them for different visits. I can't recommend them enough!

She did not want dentures. We went to several dentists and they did not want to work on my mom's teeth. The other dentist would say it's easier to rip all her teeth out and give her dentures. So I was so happy when Dr Zin accepted this challenging case. His fee was very fair for the amount of work I was expecting to pay more. Dr Zin was respectful, nice and gentle with my mother. Dr Zin's staff were also very nice. When I couldn't get my mother to Dr. Zin's office for an appointment (because I live in Texas) Rita at the front desk offered to get one of the dental assistants pick up my mother. Everyone at Everest Dental went way beyond what I expected. Thank you, my mother's teeth feel great and they look great.
