On the website there's no option to email or request a quote, just a link to "book now" that requires you to enter your credit card info, with no indication what the rates are or what the cancellation policy is. There is a list of rates for airports and sports venues, but I guess they don't want you to know what they'll charge for more complicated itineraries. Ridiculous.
