I know they say to honk if they don't drive but that's easier said than done. Super excited that one is going in at the Lake of the Ozarks. Its really making me want to joint the club again.

Poor quality service, lousy washes, no vacuums at some locations (who would believe that at least two locations had the existing vacuums ripped out and replaced with....nothing. What kind of car wash doesn't have vacuums...car washes ran by fools, that's who) To boot, the old Blue Iguana( Meramec Bottom location) had some sort of machine issue and damaged my car. Their full detail is nearly $300 so for that kind of money we all would expect near perfection. I should have looked closer at pick up but on arriving home I saw all kinds of bug stuff on the front of the vehicle. Waterway gets this sort of stuff up in a simple car wash. These people WAXED over the bug stuff which just takes a simple cleaner to get out. There was residue in my screens in the car causing the mileage gauge to be blurred not to mention spots all over the windows. This is just what I could see. Not only were things absolutely untouched but the manager proceeded to scream at me on the phone when I asked the issues be corrected "WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT". I explained I wanted the detail I paid for. I was told I could bring the car back. Of course I had already been without my car for a day and paid to Uber from the location at drop off and pick up. While they certainly offer the service of coming to get your car online for a fee they were shocked when I didn't want to be out further costs to fix their mess. Ultimately I chose to buy online cleaner and shocker it all came off with little time and effort. If this is what $300 buys you I can only imagine. Never ever go here.

I can appreciate that Concord Car Wash has been around for nearly 50 years. How this has happened…read morehowever, I have no idea. I continue to put my faith in this family owned business, but they continue to disappoint me. On more occasions than not, I have purchased the "platinum" carwash for $30. Knowing that I have a car that requires a bit of extra work (I have two dogs and a 5 year old child!), I also tip the workers very generously - today it was $9. I cannot figure out if it's due to poor workmanship or the fact that certain areas are covered under a roof which makes it harder to see. But when I purchase a $30 car wash I expect to get out into the sun and not see dust covering my entire dashboard. Yes, the wash that I purchased does have a five-day clean car guarantee and I could very well take my vehicle back, complain, and have everything corrected. And yes, I have done this multiple times. The point being that I shouldn't have to have my car serviced twice because it's not done correctly the first time. Unfortunately for me, I am not the type of person who complains and therefore I will take my vehicle home and clean the interior myself. What I can do however is recommend that anyone in the South County area save their money and take your vehicle somewhere else to be washed or detailed. To be fair I will say the staff is extremely courteous and the outside of my car always looks perfect. The problem always lies in the cleaning of the interior. For these two reasons, I've given Concord Car was 2 stars.

When they say high pressure for their soap and rinse, they aren't kidding. The pressure was a great amount unlike others I have been to in the area and took off more paint off my car (Note: This is not the fault of this establishment- there are class action lawsuits against my car manufacturer for peeling paint). The property is well maintained, the bays are clean, and the directions are easy to follow. All bays take cards (I believe there is a $4 minimum for using your card unlike the $2 minimum for the tokens). My hose was a little difficult to move at times but I eventually figured it out. It would be nice if they could do two things: 1) Put a dial to switch to the different modes on the actual wands themselves. Going back and forth was a bit of a pain to read the sign and see what setting options there were 2) Put another sign on towards the front of the bay if the wand dial switch is possible. I will definitely come back here for future cleanings!
