While they certainly offer the service of coming to get your car online for a fee they were shocked when I didn't want to be out further costs to fix their mess. I made the appointment online, they have a pretty legit cancellation system in case something comes up and you have to cancel short notice. I liked that! When I arrived, they were ready for me which was great. Two gentleman tackled my car and got all of the crooks and crannies that im unable to reach. I sat in the lobby and worked (legit WiFi) and it took about an hour and 10 minutes. My car wasn't that dirty so I can imagine it might take a little longer if your car has some deep, detailed work it needs. They did a wonderful job and my car felt like new when I got in. They're easy to find off of Watson, and I really appreciated the customer service. I'll for sure return!

I took my car to wash it before I touched up the paint on my car hood (It was previously damaged by…read morea hailstorm) and wanted to make sure that everything was cleaned off. When they say high pressure for their soap and rinse, they aren't kidding. The pressure was a great amount unlike others I have been to in the area and took off more paint off my car (Note: This is not the fault of this establishment- there are class action lawsuits against my car manufacturer for peeling paint). The property is well maintained, the bays are clean, and the directions are easy to follow. All bays take cards (I believe there is a $4 minimum for using your card unlike the $2 minimum for the tokens). My hose was a little difficult to move at times but I eventually figured it out. It would be nice if they could do two things: 1) Put a dial to switch to the different modes on the actual wands themselves. Going back and forth was a bit of a pain to read the sign and see what setting options there were 2) Put another sign on towards the front of the bay if the wand dial switch is possible. I will definitely come back here for future cleanings!
