For MONTHS- there has been no Windshield fluid for customers to squeegee either windshield. All are dry as a bone.. my husband told the female clerk in there that they're empty and they have been in her response was "I know -I know I can't leave my post because I'm working and I don't have time to do it" Other people have been complaining about the car wash and other reasons but my husband and I -our main complaint is being upset that there is no fluid in the containers- shouldn't gas stations have that full?---that's a no-brainer.. These guys are even worse than Zip's . Avoid them at all costs. Most of the items you pay for (wax, drying, etc) don't work and the soap and brushes don't either about half the time. Today the wash managed to chip my car's paint in about 15 different places. Paid extra to have my interior done. I even tipped them well. But I had to clean it myself when they finished. They left rags in my car so I guess I figured they wanted me to finish it since it was still incredibly dirty in there. They just watched while I did my own car which I thought was odd. You should really train your staff better . They didnt even do the Bare minimum. You know like if the seats and the dash still have stuff all over them maybe run a rag or a vacuum over them never wasting my money there again. read more

When they first opened this place was great. It's gone downhill very quickly. When I get gas, I get the $20 car wash with the code on my receipt. Here lately when I've been going through a car wash there are multiple mechanisms that aren't working inside the car wash, but I'm still getting charged $20. And a lot of the time I go to use the vacuums and the suction does not work. I went there the other day and one of the tidal wave employees was practicing tricks on a skateboard in the car wash line. I don't know what happened, but I would prefer that it goes back to the way it was when it first opened.. I would give it one star, but the employees are usually pretty friendly. read more

When the car wash isn't broken. It has a very long line. They're supposed to be an express lane if you have a membership, but they have someone standing outside bypassing the express lane. The location at Lindbergh and East Watson is terrible. The vacuums never work and have very little suction when they do work. The car wash itself is often closed but one lane. I have a membership and should be able to use the membership line, not having to wait for those that purchase a one-time wash. Over the past 4 months, often there is no one using the prewash spray to remove excess dirt or bugs. On the past 2 visits, April 4 and today, April 12th, the automatic brushes were not all functioning. This location has gone downhill and does not provide the great service it once did. Very disappointed. The management does not return calls and is never on site when I stop to speak to someone. read more

I been a premium member for a while now and the place just keeps getting worse and worse. From extremly high turnover, to poor management, systems always broke, lanes shut down, limited hours due to no staff etc. It is amazing they are even in business. If I could find a different place I will at the end of my annual fee. What really gets me is that I wrote them a letter of concern for the declining service. Recommended they do a member survey etc and crickets. No thanks, no sorry no kiss my ass or any other reply. The only reason I gave them a 1 is because it wouldn't let me give a ZERO.in every aspect. I bought the best clean, $20. plus the interior clean, another $20. plus the extra $4. shine. It was by far the worst car wash I've ever had in my 71 years. I asked Jaden about the tire shine, he said we are out of that, don't know what to tell you. I asked about cleaning the inside and door jambs, he said we spray and whatever comes off comes off and whatever doesn't then it doesn't. I pulled around front, went inside to ask for the Manager, Rob, needless to say he had the same attitude as Jaden so this horrible customer service comes from the top down. Been a member here for five years and most of the time I come here there's at least one out of three of the lanes not open broke down lately when I come all three are broke down you call the phone inside. On February 17, 2021, while at Tidal Wave Car Wash at 5677 South Lindbergh, I paid $20.00 for a carwash. When I exited the wash, I noticed the driver's side trim molding on the roof of my 2014 Mazda CX5 was detached, hanging down across my window, and bent. I parked my car, got out, and spoke to the manager. He asked me to fill out a report, which I did, and was told the report along with the event video would be forwarded to corporate headquarters for review. I made several attempts to contact "corporate" with no response, and the manager continues to inform me that he sent the report "up the chain." read more

Took my brand new car here for a wash. A guy working there used a brush on my car prior to entering the wash. I am left with scratches all over my car. I called and took my car back up there and the guy who did it came out and lied to my face saying he didn't use the brush on that part of my car which I watched him do. He took photos and contact info and I haven't heard a word. I also called another location and he told me to email them so I did and still haven't heard anything back! Don't patronize this business. They don't care if they damage your car. So I am now left with scratches on a 2 month old car. It's ridiculous. Do not take your vehicle here! Unless you like scratches. read more

Just went here to get a car wash for the first time, and was a little concerned when I saw soap left on the back of the truck in front of me so I pulled into the complimentary towel dry station with the hope that if they saw soap on the back of my truck, that they would let me know. They told me I was good to go, but when I was driving away I saw both of them looking at the back of my truck and laughing. Concerned, I pulled into a parking spot and got out only to see soap all over my car. I went inside to talk to the people at the front desk and they gave me a complimentary car wash, but I won't be using it and won't be coming back.
