This car wash is literally at the end of my street. I have been going through it for 20 years. My understanding is that Zips is a locally owned franchise company. I have been hoping for the ownership to fix it up ever since it became Zips. Three years ago they sold me on the monthly fee concept and assured me how easy it would be to opt out. BULL! I looked all over the website trying to find the drop down menu for me to stop. I finally resorted to emailing customer service. Today I was FINALLY told I'm still going to have to pay for this month because I didn't give them a seven day notice. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. read more

I recently bought a new vehicle and left my old RFID in my other car. I came in and requested and received a new tag. As I entered the wash bay the attendant instructed me to attach the tag to my windshield. I told him that I had this account for awhile and nobody ever made this request of me (I use my vehicle for my job, and window stickers aren't allowed in some of the facilities I have to go to). He said "you notice none of those others are here. I'm here and you'll put that tag on your windshield or you will leave". Astonished, I asked him why and he said he "makes the rules now". I asked why he was being like this and he told me to leave. I asked him if I had an account and he just shrugged his shoulders and went inside the office, leaving me there to wonder what was happening. Frustrated, I attached the tag as he requested and went inside and told him that it was as he requested and he told me to leave. I told him I had done everything he requested, and asked if he was going to wash the car, which he ignored. He then said "I'm doing everything I can to keep from cursing you out". To be clear, at no time did either one of us raise our voices or say anything vulgar or otherwise untoward to each other. He wasn't at all polite, but he certainly wasn't behaving rationally at this point. He then asked me how old I was, which is really weird because we never raised our voices or insulted each other. Again I asked if I still had and account, to which he just shrugged his shoulders and told me to "get out". I asked who the owner was so that I may make my complaint to the right person, to which he replied "there is no owner". I questioned this and he repeated that nobody owns this car wash. What is going on here? I've done nothing to warrant this treatment. I've been a loyal customer for quite some time Never a complaint when site is down for maintenance Never a complaint about how the wash never washed the rear of the vehicle very well. Never a complaint when none of the vacuums work. Honestly, it was as if the attendant was just angry, and I was the only person there he could take it out on. The whole encounter left me confused and wondering how this man has a job in such a public facing position. Obviously, I am cancelling my membership over this, because I don't know if I even have an account anymore, AND how can I possibly go there when this guy can refuse a wash because he doesn't like me. I can only assume I'm banned, but I have no idea. I will continue to pursue contracting the owner, if I can discover their name. read more

They will lie to your face on pricing and subscription. They will not make things right. I came in for a quick car wash, an employee told me/convinced me it was 3 months for $17.50. That was an obvious lie. Customer Support will do nothing to help. AVOID unless you want to be mislead. read more

I will never go anywhere else, this place is amazing. The staff is so sweet and the machinery works great I highly recommend!!

Employee Luis was very nice and overall this place has great customer service. Zips is quick and cheap with free vacuum's that are very efficient, I will be visiting again! read more

Zips Club Members: BEWARE!!! A while back a new Zips Car Wash opened by my house & I joined their monthly membership club. The agreement allowed me to pay a flat monthly fee for unlimited washes & my rate would remain the same as long as I owned my car. I allowed them to bill my visa automatically each month. I was pleased with the arrangement. It was a fair price, convenient, and it was a good wash. This month I noticed the charge on my Visa had DOUBLED! They have my email address & phone number, but never contacted me about a 100% increase. The recording on their phone line directed me to their website where I lodged my complaint. This is the response I received: (Zips Car Wash) Feb 10, 2022, 12:02 PM CST Dear Sir, My apologies you didn't receive a notice about the price changes. ZIPS no longer offers your old plan, so you were automatically migrated to one of the three new ones that is most like your old membership. Along with this price change, your local ZIPS site received upgrades, and your membership now includes cleaning solution bottles and microfiber towels. Let me know if you have any questions! Offered a special $20 one month of unlimited car wash's and I signed up believing that this was a one month deal. I checked my account later that month and they have taken out $35 I immediately called the customer service line and said cancel the membership I only thought I was signed up for the Special and asked for my money back explaining I was not told I was signing up for a reoccurring membership. She said it would take two weeks to get my money It is a month now and no money. I called every week and have been unable to get through to a person. Today I did speak with someone a month later and they said there are many people ahead of me and I have to be approved to receive my money back, And they may not even approve to give me the money back. Basically they took $35 from me did not give me any carwashes and no refund this place is a scam! read more

Car wash was just what I needed and it turn out great definitely will return !!!!!!!!

Jarvis was super wonderful. Very polite and friendly..I will recommend him to everyone I know...very knowledgeable. Wonderful location. So much better then the kingshighway. Wouldn't trust any other car washes. read more

The drivers side looks good. The passenger side looks unwashed. The big dirt (bird poop) didn't come off the passenger side. Spent $20 and got half a clean car. Won't go back. read more

Don't use this place. Spotty at best. Driers do not all work. Doesn't clean the back of my vehicle.

Car looked great after the wash. Bruce was exceptionally helpful! I'll be back.

If you purchased the September promotion at Zips, you better check your CC. They are automatically charging for another month without approval. They never once said I would have to cancel. Tried to call but their number is conveniently not working. Can get nobody to respond from their Facebook page or when I emailed. I guess I will have to go in person. Very frustrating. read more
