We had better service here than most "normal" sit down restaurants. And the food...not one item we have tried was bad, the vast majority have been the best in their category. Best mozzarella sticks: it's obvious it's a higher quality mozz than whatever everyone else uses. Crispy perfection! Best GF/cauliflower pizza: lots of toppings to choose from (though somehow chicken isn't an option on DD) and again, from the mushrooms to the sauce, you can taste the difference. They make the sauces in house! According to my husband, best Chicken Parm he has had since moving here! You get a healthy portion. And...best cannoli in the area! Growing up in a predominantly Italian and Polish area, I have been lucky to have REALLY good Italian pastries...and their cannoli was reminiscent of those times. This has been the ONLY cannoli in the greater Cincy area that is worth consuming, IMO. All in all, we would dine in at Il Gusto constantly, if we lived closer. Glad they're on DoorDash though! If you are in the Kenwood area, and want a break from the chaos and crowds, Il Gusto is close by!

The food was GREAT, we started with the garlic cheese bread it was excellent crisp and uber cheesy. I had the eggplant rolatini it was delicious right blend of ingredients garlicky, cheesy and covered with marinara. There was spaghetti and meatballs by another of our diners which he raved about. Tony's special was enjoyed by another diner. Not one negative was mentioned at the table. The ambiance or lack there of was not a real concern, the pictures and posters were interesting enough. If they could put the lights on dimmers it would certainly help. Food and service were excellent and the atmosphere, strip mall Italian modern hahaha. I definitely recommend and we will return... You can see the similarities with Giovanni's on the West side which is a good thing

We wanted to come here because it's very close to our friend who joined us. We have been to Giovanni's many times and always enjoy it. They have stopped lunch service, which is a bummer because Giovanni's is much closer to us than Tony's. Oh... I don't know the family tree, but Giovanni's and Tony's are definitely related. Their menus are identical... well, almost. My favorite meal at Giovanni's is Giovanni's Special. At Tony's the same dish is known as Tony's Special. Anyway... I found the garlic knots more delicious at Tony's. The bread was tender and they had enough garlic butter on them it was easy to see. This same side at Giovanni's was always a 'throwaway', but at Tony's it was a star. I had to order the special, but I forgot to ask for penne rather than spaghetti. I wish the server has asked. When the meal arrived at the table I was a little disappointed, but even with spaghetti it was delicious. I don't know how they turn a tomato/eggplant mixture into an amazing sauce, but they do. Mark had the same thing and our friend had Fettuccine Carbonara and really enjoyed it. As always, there was enough for both lunch and take-home dinner. I hope Tony's stays around and that they continue with lunch hours. Even though it's a long drive, we always prefer going out for lunch over dinner and we'd be willing to make the drive.

Bravissimo! Lovely dining experience in a romantic, Italianesque atmosphere with charming artwork,…read morelow lights, cloth napkins, and candles on the tables. This was my choice for my birthday dinner and it was a good one. Service was top notch. Genuine smiles from the hostess, waitress, and the man who brought the warm bread basket. The waitress was cheerful, communicative, and she timed everything just right so the meal was perfect in every way including pace. The cocktails are works of art and well worth the prices (which are not above average). I included a picture of the two that we enjoyed. We got the arancini appetizer but asked for the peppercorn ranch on the side...which is my recommendation. It's actually very tasty and peppery and I think I'd love it on a salad. The arancini were excellent, golden brown and nicely put together. My husband had filet mignon done to perfect medium rare and I furthered my Italian food fix with the Campanelle Salsiccie. Sausage gravy was delicious though I thought there was a little too much sauce. House made pasta. Fresh grated Parmigiano cheese was a lovely addition. I took half my pasta dish home as I was so full. Generous portion! And, they knew it was my birthday and presented a complimentary tiramisu which was nice and light and so good. I hope to be back before too long. Great place for a very fine meal, and highly recommended.

Myself, my husband, our 11 month old baby, and two of our sisters went out for dinner to celebrate mine and my babys birthdays, which are next week. We knew we needed a bit more space than usual since the baby's highchair and belongings take up some space, and the hostess and Manager were accommodating and kind as they offered us several different tables until we found one that worked, even though it was a Saturday night and they were booked with reservations. We ended up sitting in the enclosed back patio, which was nice and brighter than where we had sat before. Our server, Megan, introduced herself and was so kind and personable that we knew we were about to have great service. We started with bread service, because for $3.50 you get unlimited 16 bricks spread and whipped butter and olive oil. It comes out hot and is just really great bread. Last time I visited, I tried the mussels and I loved the saffron broth so much. I thought to myself that I would like to add some plain pasta to whatever broth was left. So this time, I ordered the muscles and I asked the server about getting plain noodles, and she said I wasn't the first person to request that, so the chef prepared the dish on top of a pile of their house made fettuccine noodles. It was really delicious with all of the fresh chopped garlic. My husband got the Cacio E Pepe and loved it. About 2/3 of the way through, he got full and said he should probably take it home, but it was too good to stop, so he ended up finishing every last bite. My sister got the chicken Parmesan with a side of Alfredo sauce. She loved it! We all tried the Alfredo sauce and agreed that while it is super rich, it was spot on. We all ended up dipping bread in it and adding some to our dishes. I think I will have to try the fettuccine Alfredo dish sometime. My other sister ordered the veggie pasta which comes with vegan noodles. The server made sure that she wanted the vegan noodles and not the regular, but my sister ended up swapping for the regular pasta since she has a pasta fanatic and knows they have really good housemaid pasta. She enjoyed her dish as well. Megan checked on us several times throughout the night and made pleasant conversation. She also complimented my baby for being super cute, which every mom wants to hear. We were honestly already having a great night when Megan offered to bring us bread to go and boxed up all of our leftovers for us. But then she took things up one more notch when she brought me and my baby birthday desserts because she heard me mention that I am breast-feeding and she is a mother too with a baby similar in age to mine, so she empathizes with how hard of a journey it is. My baby is turning one in a week, and his dad and I haven't given him sugar yet... Until tonight. Megan truly created the most magical moment for us to give him his first taste of a true sweet treat. We sang him happy birthday for the very first time and helped him blow out his first candle. It is no surprise that he absolutely loved the whipped cream we gave him. This was our first time celebrating our babies's birthday, and our nearly shared birthday, and Megan truly made it one to remember. Thanks for the core memory, Caruso's. We will be back.

We were given a tour of some of the gardens (with all of their captivating scents and sights) where we harvested some fresh basil for our cooking class. Thanks to Katie and her two interns for prep work, set up, and clean-up while walking us through making four delicious dishes - Sauteed Brussel Sprouts, Kale Salad, Stuffed Chicken Breast and Cauliflower Au Gratin. Because it was my favorite with savory cheeses and a perfectly crispy crust, I will be making the cauliflower over the week-end. Shout out to Team Grigio to include Austin & Katie! It felt very synergistic to cook with such enthusiastic and personable Yelpers. They both have the positive energy and limitless potential which makes meeting new people so fun & rewarding. I can easily see why this would be a super team-building activity and/or class. Actually, at first it was unbelievable to think that we could prepare all the food and dine with our co-horts within 3 hours, but manage it we did. What a great opportunity to meet lots of new Yelpers! To the newbies, yes, these Yelp events are always this much fun. Cindy has a total knack for bringing all these fabulous happenings to fruition time and time again. Thank you for that. This wasn't my first time to Gorham Farm, nor will it be my last. There is much going on there than you can imagine. I didn't find out truly what it was about until the last 3 years, but I plan to make up for lost time.
