What some of the units look like with parking in front.

This is the best Airbnb I've ever booked for a vacation like this - I was just extremely pleased with my stay. I personally thought James was very nice, and any other staff I ran into was just the same. Check-in was too easy, and we stayed in the Moose Cottage (so right next door to the front office). Check-in hours are generous. The place was IMMACULATELY clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked so my husband made meals every day. Our unit did not have an oven or stove but did have an electric cooktop. I knew this from doing research before booking but if you want a full-full kitchen make sure that's what you're looking at! The water was always hot when needed and the shower and showerhead were nice. Bed was very comfortable, linens soft, pillows fluffy. Perfect after long days at the park. The assigned parking spot is right next to the unit you're staying in and a lot of units don't share walls. There were a lot of windows for fresh air and lights had dimmers. Tables and nightstands next to the bed had USB and 110V outlets built in. Heater and AC worked flawlessly. Lots of little touches like coat hooks and a binder with information inside the unit. There was a flat screen TV with cable. (We watched the playoff hockey games at night the week we stayed.) Wi-Fi works just fine. Super close to the north entrance of Yellowstone, and walkable to so many restaurants as well as the Gardiner Market for anything else you might need. Outside, there's a deck with lots of stairs leading down to the river, and it is so peaceful. I did notice that there's not a phone number for communicating that way, but I am tech savvy and prefer to do everything online anyway, and I did not have any problems with Airbnb. I would recommend booking through the site or the app. Either way, I'd stay here over and over again!

This is by far the best view of the park and the town of Gardiner. (Which I think is the best entrance to Yellowstone) The cottages are located walking distance away from some other small eateries, whitewater rafting, and also walkable to downtown (shops, bars, gift shops etc) Gardiner. The owners are great and extremely courteous. The rooms are clean and sheets and towels are super fresh. My family loved our 5 nights here and would highly recommend this place.

    Buffalo steaks ready for grilling!

Great. Stay here. Gardiner MT is a tourist trap of epic magnitude. The food is terrible, prices high, and tourists a plenty. Want a break from that? Stay here. Front desk staff is super friendly and so helpful. Cabins are clean, kitchens are furnished and the view is terrific. Best part? Housekeeping must've noticed that we brought our own coffee with us, because when we returned from the park, there was a traditional coffee maker and filters waiting in our kitchen. Thanks for that! Keurig was well stocked of course. Love this place. An oasis in the exhaustion of a tourist town.

    View from porch

Great place to stay and I am picky. Clean recently remodeled hotel with great comfortable beds. Great soft towels and a beautiful porch and view of the Yellowstone River. Highly recommend if you want to stay near North Yellowstone.

Great rates! Friendly owners who exceed my customer service expectations. ( it's the small details that stand out) Conveniently located near restaurants, grocery store, shops, etc. After we checked in, Laura the owner walked us to our room. Showed us how to turn on TV, informed us of the nearby restaurants and was willing to answer any of our questions. I appreciated this very much. There are board games, card games, etc. In the check in office. I love board games! Hot Tub & HD TV Hair dryer, iron, iron board available upon request. A really cool patio deck that faces the Yellowstone river. You can even walk down the steps that leads to the river. I am recommending this place to my friends & family. - Jessica + Michael

This place was amazing! We were upgraded to a two story cottage with a deck looking out over the Yellowstone river. It was amazing. The cottage was modern. The stone shower was nice. They had a fully stocked kitchenette which was very convenient and housekeeping did the dishes (heaven on earth after hiking all day at Yellowstone.) Our toddler loved his own loft upstairs with a tv. There was a comfy couch inside where you still had an amazing view when it was cold out. Even the bed downstairs was positioned so you could wake up with stunning views. We were in heaven!!

What a great find. If we're ever back in the area we will definitely stay again.

Can I live here?…read more OMG. The details of this place amazed me. Tongue in groove furniture, the best mattress one can buy, high quality appliances, heavy weight eating utensils, quiet, sound proof walls, great customer service. The difference between a five star hotel and, say, a three star, is in the details. This place certainly reminded me of my infrequent stays in a five star. No corporate, bland, everything in neutral colors here, instead, the decorations were done with skill, professionalism and passion. Great little touches like, not just a pull out couch, but a pull out ottoman. (don't try and move that thing, it is heavy!) Cute, but not overly cutesy, rustic outdoor themed touches. Clean, clean, clean. Two giganto TVs. Plenty of pillows and extra bedding. Open the cabinets and you will find a useful slew of small kitchen appliances and an outdoor lantern. And there are a couple of super nice grills for your use! This really feels more like some wealthy family's In-law apartment instead of a hotel. The only little issue, and it is small, is that a big truck will have a hard time fitting into the small parking lot and small spaces. We had a handicap placard but there were no handicap spaces near our apartment. First world problem. And here is a hint. If you want to get to the cute little grocery store across the street, there is an alleyway that goes through the Super 8 parking lot. We went on the off-season and paid a fraction of what the place is worth. Go us. However, when the prices rise to summer prices, I promise that you will still get your money's worth at this place.

Again, the people at the desk were very polite . The problem that I have with this place is there parking issue. They need to make it an understanding to everybody that checking in and limit how long the vehicles are since their parking is arranged in a specific way. Two times we had people in trucks that were extremely long commercial trucks at least two of the spaces. They blocked my space twice two different vehicles. Although they remedy the situation, I was also upset because they allowed an RV to park and stay inside the RV in the handicap spot which I could've parked in as a paying person there. The streets around the hotel have areas which are not even lit at all and they have a higher than normal vehicle theft issue in this area. The room was clean and nice and the air conditioner worked well The other issue that I strongly suggest they change is the way that they handle animals. Specifically ADA service animals. I watched somebody come in and present a certified service animal or service dog card. First off, there is absolutely no organization in the United States that issues and certified cards for service animals. There is no agency that certified them. But the real issue was that after the person presented their dog as a service dog, they gave them a pet policy to read and sign. As per ADA law, a service dog is not classified as a pet and this should've never been done. I understand that there are some people out there that don't actually have a service dog and they just wanna take their pet along, but that's hard to weed through. I have my own service dog and she is actually a real service dog. We did not have to do that pet policy but then again they never asked. That's because of anybody ever asked me if I have a pet. The answer is always no because of service dog is not defined as a pet under law. Suggestion to manager: Specify a maximum vehicle length and the vehicle should be parked a certain way and not blocking the other spaces when the person checks in. Also specify this on any of the websites. Train the staff on how to deal with service animals appropriately. Do not have people that have service dogs or animals sign a pet policy. That can cause legal issues. Instead, you may always ask those two questions to ensure that it is a service animal. Is your dog a service Animal as for a qualified disability? What task are your dog trained to perform to support that disability? Please ensure that these are the proper two questions.

This review has to be long winded because there are so many wonderful things you should know about Dreamcatcher! We visited the third week of May and the nights were very cold but the beds with electric blankets and the modern space heaters kept everything cozy and inviting. As someone who has to make trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night now, I was grateful that my request to have a tipi fairly close to bathrooms was cheerfully accommodated, and I really appreciated the heated bathrooms with heated floors. I think even in summer guests will appreciate a warm bathroom at night. Every single member of the staff, and I interacted with at least 4 different folks, were engaged, friendly, and welcoming. It's easy to tell when employees are happy and in a company that is run well because it reflects on interactions with guests. The excellent morning coffee/breakfast station and nightly campfire were awesome!!! The only things I would suggest to the company is (1) add some bathrooms that are toilet stalls only so if it's crowded and you just need to pee you can get right in and (2) add an outdoor kitchen sink with a clear sign that folks using a barbecue grill, kitchen utensils and such DO NOT USE THE BATHROOM to clean these items. I stumbled upon a guy in one of these beautiful bathroom suites using the sink to clean a dirty grill (yuck) and saw his friend coming over with his grill ready to jump in there as well. For those of us who are strict vegetarian for cultural reasons, it is taboo to come in contact with things that have held meat. Thankfully the staff kept the bathroom clean though.
