It didn't work consistently. The second night it got warm and stuffy in the room. When we were packing up to leave, it was pretty warm too. Got the room for a good price. If air was functioning properly, I would have given 5 stars. Good bargain.

And they have a lot of fun coffee syrup flavors if that's your thing (toasted marshmallow, huckleberry, etc.) We skipped the bakery case, but they have a lot of tempting treats! We were there right as they were turning over from lunch service to dinner, so beware they do close for an hour for that (saw some sad folks wishing they could get in during that hour). They had a couple of tvs if you were looking to keep an eye on any games, but also the dining room is super cozy with a fireplace, and a couch sitting area for those just grabbing a coffee. It was snowy when we were there, but they have a cute little patio area too that I'm sure is great in the summer.

A whole ravioli went un-enjoyed by a tragic fumble of the fork. The ravioli was delicious and clearly made with love. The cream sauce was surprisingly light for a creamy sauce. I believe this could easily be their signature dish. My friend also had a pasta dish and really enjoyed it. Ambiance-wise, it can't be beat. I was genuinely taken by the collection of Nate Udd's artwork available for purchase, as well as the work of several other artists and photographers.

Kael called me with the awful news that the condo had been sold and the new owners wouldn't honor our contract. But he had already done everything needed to save our vacation - he had reached out to an number of other agents and had found us a near duplicate and negotiated the same price we were paying for the first one. Because of Kael, I had only the briefest moment of panic - because he had already solved the problem for us, i didn't have to panic. And the new condo wasn't under his management, so he wasn't going to get anything for his work - he just did it to make sure that we were taken care of! And he followed up with the promise that if I needed anything further, to just call his work number - we have texted several times since then, and he is very responsive. I just want to say a huge thank you to him - he had no control over the sale or the withdrawal of the condo from VRBO, but he made sure that our family Christmas was not ruined. You can rent one of his properties and know that no matter what happens, Kael will be sure that you are well taken care of!

He even helped us carry all of our groceries into the condo from the parking garage! The place was, by far, the best appointed place we had ever stayed in and we travel quite a bit! The place had all kinds of spices, every cooking utensil we needed and even plastic bags for making sandwiches to take into Yellowstone!! But what really made our experience special with Kael was he went the extra mile, like when he lent my son a fishing pole so he could fish and kept in touch with us periodically throughout our stay. My kids had such a good time that we are going back in June of 2021!! Kael is the best host we have had on our travels!

The pictures of our rental (Hotel Creek) were good, clear, and actual representations of where we were staying. It wasn't the My Space syndrome where you can barely see what you get. The cabin had all of the supplies we needed and was well stocked with kitchen supplies, bedding, towels, etc. It was cleaned well before we arrived. We will use tese folks to secure another cabin rental in the future.

Do Not rent from the Rental Advisors. I've tried to work with them multiple times with a solution and they won't answer my questions or work with me at all. I have contacted Airbnb about policies and Rental Advisors has repeatedly lied about Airbnbs policies. They have ample time to cancel and rebook this cabin and can refund anyone at anytime. Very unprofessional way to rent and run rentals through Airbnb. On top of all of this they try and get you to sign up for rental insurance......which is more than likely another scam.

I was so able to access the Dropbox by calling the telephone number provided and someone picked up on the first call. Was also happy to know that a grocery store was available. Literally walking distance equivalent to maybe two blocks but a 2-minute drive. And their laundry service is available 24 hours. But make sure you have change because there's no change machine. But if you go to the office during office hours, they're able to provide you with quarters if you need them exchanged. The condo had everything that I needed and as other reviewers mentioned, if you're going to be there for a while, might be mindful to bring Ziploc bags to store your food in. I will highly recommend this place even though cuz I flew and JAC airport.

The man that helped us was very informational and told us what trails were the best and where not to go. They are very responsive and have a great fleet of UTV styles and number of seat choices. We did most of the trails in a half day. 052 and 060 aka Meadow creek trail are absolutely beautiful. The trout pond at Big Springs is right down the road and really fun. You can bring some bread to feed the trout. Don't attempt too many puddles as you don't want to get stuck if you are there in the rainy season.
