Not a word was said about them doing this or when they would be cashing it. So when I tell Heather we are taking our business elsewhere, she says there is a 10% fee for cancelling. We attempt to reach the owner through Facebook messenger and by leaving MANY messages to return our call right away with nothing in return. Plus, there was zero hassle dealing with them. Zero. From start to finish, it went smoothly. The initial sales, estimates, explanations of choices were simple and clear. The crew and their foreman were skilled and answered all my questions. The office staff were similarly responsive, clear and prompt.
