The last load is 1 hour before closing time, for example, from Monday to Friday they close at 8, therefore the last load is at 7 pm. This was my first visit--and definitely my last. I came to wash my large blankets, and it took…read morenearly 10 minutes just to get a washer started because the card readers weren't working properly on any of the machines I tried (and there weren't many clean ones to choose from). The same issues occurred with the dryers. I was understandably frustrated and mentioned to my daughter that the machines seemed "jinky." When my daughter's comforter came out still wet after a full wash cycle, we asked the attendant for help, but she never assisted us. (Said we didn't put it on the correct cycle) and after about 10 minutes, the attendant came over, pulled the blanket out mid-cycle, and scolded us--saying we were going to break the dryer. She then placed our blanket in a basket and proceeded to speak loudly about my attitude and comments. For the record, I never disrespected her--I was frustrated, yes, but I simply expressed my concerns about faulty machines. Instead of helping, she chose to make rude, unnecessary comments, including remarks about my payment card. Her behavior was loud, unprofessional, and disrespectful to both me and my daughter. I paid to rewash my comforter it was way to much confrontation over a machine she clearly didn't own. To make matters worse, the facility itself was not clean. Many washers smelled of mildew or contained pet hair, and the floors were dirty. If you're looking for a better experience, I strongly recommend the location on Bell or Western--it's much cleaner, and the staff there are far more helpful and professional.

They have about four laundry baskets so it's easy to roll wet laundry to the dryers. I've been here about five times and it's always clean and tidy. There are never very many people here at once so that's nice. They have three big industrial sized washers which can hold 6 and 4 loads which is really nice. An average place.

In their front loading washers I put my True Grit Sherpa jacket in on a cold wash, upon waiting for water to start so I can add my detergent I notice steam coming out of the top indicating very hot water, I hit the emergency stop and explain what is happening to the clerk working, with which she responded "yeah it takes a minute for it to stop" nothing else, absolutely no courtesy for the fact their machine almost ruined my clothing, no apology, no anything. Very poor customer service for a familiar face if you're asking me, considering there was no care that the machine is malfunctioning. Lucky I caught it in time and saved my expensive jacket that was gifted to me.
