Arrived at DFW shuttle dispatch says pick up is on baggage claim level airport information told me lower lever went down than up. Total waste of 1 hour. Ended up using Uber which was twice as much, read more

Unless you're badly in need of a Maverick badge, avoid this shuttle service. They were recommended by two of the Fort Worth hotels I've stayed at, and each time I've had a memorable experience. First, even though they'll take your money in advance they won't take "reservations" - instead, you call them when you get your luggage, and within 5-10, they make a timely pickup. Unfortunately, it doesn't guarantee a timely departure. The first time I used their service, the driver kept circling and circling the airport until every seat on the van was filled. I could have claimed Texas residency by the time the van finally left DFW! This trip, I was relieved to see I was one of the last persons to be picked up on this afternoon's shuttle, but today's ride ended up being equally lengthy. Ominously, our driver nearly sideswiped a car on the freeway on-ramp leaving DFW. Then he rear-ends another car on an I-20 off-ramp in Arlington. We phoned this in to dispatch, and the dispatcher says our driver just needs to exchange information with the driver he hit, which he did. But then we sit and wait as the fire department and paramedics arrive and more information is exchanged. Then we wait some more as two police cruisers show up and information again is exchanged. In the meantime, the six passengers are trying to call the dispatching office but nobody will pick up the phone to tell us whether a backup van will be dispatched or whether our fares will be comp'ed or refunded (note - their phone automatically disconnects you after 5 minutes of ringing). Finally, some forty minutes later, the driver is released and we're back on the road again. I don't know why the local hotels recommended this service by name, when two or three blue SuperShuttle vans stopped to ask if I needed a ride while I was waiting for the Yellow Checker Shuttle, showing there IS another option - I think I'll use them for the return to the airport - the Yellow Checker Shuttle has far too much of a checkered past. read more

Never showed up... no one answers their telephone lines. Had to call an Uber instead. Stay away.

Do NOT use this company! They are not professional. I was called a few hours before my scheduled pickup to the airport, to say that they could not pick me up due to no available drivers. I was left stranded, as this was for a 6:00 AM pickup. I would recommend Super Shuttle, or a Taxi service. read more

Scheduled pickup at our hotel downtown to go to Love Field well in advance. I am a teacher traveling with six middle school students for a competition. They did not show. They will not answer the phone. I was standing outside of our hotel downtown at 4:20 AM waiting for a shuttle that never came. We ended up paying for two Ubers to take us to the airport. We had paid an extra $20 per ticket to get early boarding on our flight and couldn't use it because we were late arriving to the airport. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! They were hired through gowitus.com. Go With Us has not refunded the money either. Nobody is taking responsibility for this epic screw up! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!! read more

I see I should've checked the reviews before booking this company. Their customer service and dependability are terrible. We booked a ride yesterday to get my 80 year old mother to the DFW airport. Her pick-up was "erased" from the board and she was forgotten. They sent an Uber driver for her an hour later and she made it to the airport in time for her flight. However, no one from the company ever apologized, offered us a refund, all while the shuttle manager, John, does not answer his line or return phone calls. We would NEVER use this company again. BEWARE. read more

I used the this shuttle last week and for reasons beyond go' control my party of 9 people were never picked up. After a couple of days of phone tag ( mainly my fault) Mr Donner left a voice message apologizing and promised to make things right. He went above and beyond and resolved all my issues and provided excellent customer service read more

We have used them before with decent service, but after our most recent trip, I think we've had enough. Problems started when I attempted to create a reservation on line. Their online system was definitely messed up. Ultimately, I never received the promised confirmation emails for the trip, and the overall process took several tries to even get it to register. When I talked to them (after a long phone wait), they noted they'd "report it to management," but honestly didn't seem at all concerned. The outbound trip was fine. The return trip was less so. After standing in the sun at DFW in 100 degree weather for a good 15 minutes, the driver finally arrived. He said that for an extra $15, he could take us home directly, otherwise, we'd have to circle the airport. I didn't pay, so he made the rounds, even though there was nobody to pick up. The driver did not know who we were, nor where we were supposed to be going (reservations????) When we got home, he seemed to not believe our "pre pay" status (consistent with all of the other admin problems...) So he had to fill out paperwork (meaning, I was the one who unloaded all of our luggage and got my wife from the van. One wonders what possible benefit there is to making prepaid reservations with this company. While perhaps not a horror story, this whole trip very much left a bad taste in our mouths. I don't like getting the sense of being "shaken down" for more money, nor dealing with a group that seemed as unprofessional as what we had to deal with. Given the many other options out there, for SIGNIFICANTLY lower prices, I just don't understand what that extra money is buying here. We'll likely be using somebody else in the future. read more

AWFUL!! TERRIBLE!! Don't take this shuttle!!! I would give zero stars if I could. One star is good for the van driver who was polite. We scheduled a 5:05 am pickup at the hotel for a ride to the airport (paid in advance). This shuttle makes multiple stops and arrived a couple minutes late. However after 4 of us boarded the van, we sat there for another 15 minutes and found out they scheduled another party from our hotel for 5:30 am and their plan was TO SIT THERE FOR 25 MINUTES WITH THE 5:05 PARTY ALL ON BOARD WAITING UNTIL 5:30 FOR THE LATER PARTY. The driver was told to wait there for this later party, who never showed up, MAKING SEVERAL OF IS VERY TIGHT FOR OUR CHECK-IN TIMES. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

The idea of reserving a shuttle for a specified time usually indicates that you desire to be at a particular place or on a particular airplane at a pre-planned time. When the shuttle does not arrive, it tends to throw your plans, or travel into complete chaos. Thanks for nothing Yellow Checker Shuttle. Massive fail!!!! read more

First off, Yellow Checker Shuttle's website is terribly designed. In the discount section of the site, they state "Airport shuttles leave DFW and Love Field airports every 15 to 20 minutes to all downtown Dallas & Ft. Worth hotels and The Dallas Business District." In the Love Field Airport section of the site, they state "Shuttles depart from Love Field airport every 45 minutes for downtown service to Dallas." Two completely contradicting statements, what are you supposed to believe? To clear up any confusion, calling them actually makes things more difficult and stressful. The prices I got quoted over the phone from the Love Field Airport to the Sheraton on Olive Street in downtown Dallas was different than advertised online. A one way trip was $14 online and $19 through the phone. When I asked why it was $14 online, the customer support representative turns very defensive and said he has no control of what is online. He made the impression that he doesn't even know what is on their website. Furthermore, I wanted to gain some clarity on how to take advantage of the $2 off round trip online coupon I saw on their website and he said I "just have to follow the instructions." The problem is that since the coupon is a printable coupon, it seems impossible to make reservations online and redeem the printable coupon since you have to pay upfront for the reservation. I posed this scenario to the customer service representative and he said he can't control what is online! OKAY JEEZ, but at least help a potential customer out find a reasonable solution or pass me off to someone who is more educated about the online process!! Find other ways to get from the Love Field Airport to downtown, there have got to be better options. Even the 39 Bus will take you straight to downtown for a fraction of the price and with a minimal headache; thank goodness for public transportation! read more

It gets even worse. Two weeks after I returned from my trip, they charged my credit card for an additional $4. Absolutely no explanation from Yellow Checker. So not only is their service poor, but they are also fraudulant. read more

Awful service at Dallas Love Field! Made we wait for an hour while the driver "waied on Someone." Do not use!

After being dropped off at my hotel from the DFW airport I realized I had forgotten my cell phone inside the cab. I had no receipt, no cab #, i couldn't even remember the name of the cab service. I went to bed frustrated and upset and when i woke up the next morning the cabbie had returned my cell phone by sliding it under my hotel room door! read more

Used their service in June, paid in full and on Sept 9 my bank account was charged again for $100. I called customer service to have the money refunded. The call went to voicemail during business hours. Voicemail shut off after 3 seconds and asked if I wanted to keep, delete, or rerecord the message. Do NOT use this service or if you do, do NOT give them a credit or debit card number. read more

Agents are rude and unprofessional. I waited for them for about an hour. I called back and the agent told me I canceled and hung up on me. Wish I could give -5,000 stars. Don't use this company! read more

Terrible, terrible service! They go around and around the airport trying to drum up business. They are late to pick you up and then they add 20/30 more minutes. Delayed getting to the hotel by 50 minutes or longer. read more

Bad, bad, bad! Booked my shuttle days in advance, was given a set pickup time, and I had to wait forever and call multiple times before my shuttle finally got me at DFW- 40 mins after my scheduled pickup time. Same situation with pickup from my hotel back to the airport: shuttle was 25 minutes late and then proceeded to drive around to all of the other hotels even though the shuttle was nearly full and somebody was running late for their flight. Awful! Just use SuperShuttle, saw so many of those around. read more

DO NOT USE THE SCAM SHARE RIDE SERVICE FROM THE WORLD TRADE CENTER TO THE AIRPORT !!! I ended up taking a cab because they charged me twice after a 30 min wait. Told me the cab would be taken care of by them cab driver still charged me $17.77 on top of the double charge so I end up paying 3x's the "shared van" rate... will be reporting this to the trade center as they use this business in their kiosk. read more

If there's a negative score, I would give it. I've been waiting for 35 min. Finally, I decided to go with taxi. I hope they'll reimburse my money. read more

This service is a the worst! Set up a pick-up online through GoShuttle and was charge a rate plus the tip (prepaid). Then when I was picked up at 5am at the hotel, it was a cab and the cabbie wanted to collect again the rate. I refused to pay the rate, he was taking me to DFW and I called dispatch to complain. As I was arguing with the dispatcher, she hung up on me. Got to the airport and the cabbie wanted the money from me, when I went to pay with a credit card it was now a third more than the original amount. Called the dispatcher again complaining and she hung up again on me. What kind of service is this? I advise all business customers to AVOID this service! I have a complaint with BBB now and they have not responded; been three weeks. This is unacceptable for any business to run this way. read more

Driver charged me $62 for a ride that should have been $21. He didn't know the price when I asked him but I've paid Supershuttle $21 in the past.... but that was not the worse part of the ride. The van is/was in need of major maintenance! The tire felt like it was going to fall off and the check engine light was on. This van should not be serving the public!! Stay away... read more

Terrible! Was waiting in the shuttle for close to an hour, the driver left late. Made us late for our 7am flight costing us $1200 and spent the day at the airport as the next available flight was the 8pm flight. He useless driver also dropped us at the wrong terminal. Would seriously never use them ever again. To avoid stress and extra changes I would recommend not using this service. Not worth it. read more

Absolutely terrible service!!!! Even with an online reservation and phone confirmation upon landing I was being taken to Dallas until I notified the driver of his mistake. He then berated me for not telling him Fort Worth. My reservation, the dispatcher, and I personally all told him Fort Worth. He then told me I wasted his fuel and time and he should be reimbursed. I was dropped back off at the aiport and picked up by another shuttle. This driver proceded to drive around the airport for 45 minutes while he argued with a passenger about her fare quote. He refused to honor her fare quote but also wouldn't let her out. She was in town for her sisters funeral and was crying the entire time. This driver also chose to yell at his passenger for a mistake clearly made by the company - again. I finally arrived at my hotel an hour and forty minutes after landing. In all of my travels I have NEVER experienced this level of unorganization, unprofessionalism and outright rudeness by a company. I would have expected this overseas but not here within the US. I will never utilize this service again and would discourage anyone from even considering it. This is a classic example of "you get what you pay for". read more

Amazing!! Every single time I had to call in whether it was the initial reservations to the countless times i had to call back to change the times due to delayed flights every customer service person I spoke with was so polite and nice. Each one them sounded and acted like they were a personal friend who was going to help me out by picking up my family at the airport. The price was also amazing. Cheapest by far. I even used this service with my teenage son who is not that used to flying and knowing where to go plus he had no phone with him and this service worked flawlessly. He was able to find them and get home. Additionally, one of the reservations had to get canceled because the flight ended up finally being 8 hours delayed and coming in after midnight so we just decided to go get them ourselves and they were very quick and great about it. they were there in minutes of each of our family members arriving at both DFW and love Field. I keep seeing all of these terrible reviews but for us they really were amazing and like I said each time I called back I was more and more impressed with the company and the people representing it. I would definitely give them a chance. read more

Wish I'd checked Yelp before taking the Omni Dallas' recommendation to use these guys. Three shuttles idling at 11pm and no one would take me. One driver actually took another walk up as I was standing there waiting. They deserve to get drummed out of business and the Omni should know better than to use them. Stay far away. read more

Two vans passed in front of the pick up area at Terminal D at DFW airport. Both drivers told me they were sending me a unit to pick me up. After 30 minutes a third unit finally came in. The driver was truly unpolite, not taking the role of a customer oriented business, he was muching some crunchy food and texting on his cellphone on the highway on the way to the hotel. He didn't answer as I said "Thank you" when he left me. I'd already paid the tip when purchased the service. Simply I won't ever recommend or use this Shuttle again. read more

Awful. Just awful. Arrived into Dallas at 3:45 and had scheduled pick up for 4:05. Called the service and they said to wait by their sign at the curb.....Cue the 45 minute wait. Then two vans pulled up and the drivers got out. One other patron was there and the drivers, without a single word in English to either of us, decided that one of them would take this patron. I was left standing there wondering what to do. I asked the other one if I was going with him. He said nothing, just gestured to wait. Then along comes three other parties of people going to downtown Dallas without paid reservations (I was going to Fort Worth). This driver takes them. At this point Super Shuttle pulls up and asks me if I wanted a ride. I said YES! Holy cow. please someone take me where I need to go. It was over an hour of waiting and eventually I just took another shuttle service. What a nightmare. I cancelled my Go Yellow reservation and happily paid Super Shuttle for their excellent service. read more
