Premier Transportation Services is so AWESOME!…read more Laurie, made the booking process so easy! We communicated mainly through email, and she was able to answer all my questions and specific requests before the deposit. I'm so glad they were very patient with me, because I was planning a business event with about 50 people and I had specific details that I needed to address. They are very detailed when it comes reserving and booking, Laurie, was so helpful. After booking and the initial deposit; getting closer to the date event, Premier Transportation would send me multiple emails of confirmations and reminders about the event. So they were really committed with their services. On the day of, I received a reminder call from the driver himself- Jaques. The bus arrived and it was beautiful. Perfect for our theme event. The bus seems like new and modern, really nice inside. Everyone and I was extremely impressed! Its a bus but with a conservative party-bus feel to it haha. I booked the all black coach bus, which I requested for black leather seats. There were blue lights inside, the seats were comfy and didn't stink at all lol Jaques the driver was phenomenal! He's a very skilled driver, so accommodating and patient with us. We're lucky to have him as our driver. They shared me his phone number so, communicating was very easy. He responds quickly through texts and phone call throughout the night. Overall, the experience and quality of service and product was beyond our expectation. I'm looking forward to booking with you guys in the near future!

When we all got off the bus a car swerved to keep from hitting the bus and came within inches of a fatal event for us while standing on the side of the road. The bus driver flooded the gas and fumes were everywhere. There were no emergency flashers or any type of emergency plan in place. It was very dangerous to stay where we were and the police told us we need to get transportation to move us to safety. We found a few taxis and my husband had to drive over 50 miles to get the remainder of us left behind. Everyone was in a lot of shock from the car nearly hitting us and I will never ride a party bus again and especially not from this company. The owner I've heard is not compensating the party who rented the bus and seems to show no remorse or concern for a birthday celebration turned into horror event.
