    Cab #38 parked for 10+mins in the emergency lane out front of the Publix. I didn't know yellow cab had emergency vehicles.

    I didn't know that cab 38 was an emergency vehicle. I have had many times where a cab has stopped in the middle of the traffic flow or in an emergency area of a business. the drivers will ignore and notification to them about the situation. I would not feel safe being in a cab of one of these individuals. myself and countless other cars over the 10 mins they were parked after dropping of a fare. for over 10 mins this cab driver was blocking traffic.

    When I first starting using Yellow Cab, I thought it was pretty good for short runs and competitive rates. I never used their app.... until the last time and it was the worst! If I could give a minus star I would. The last time I drove with them, I used their app and didn't ask for a guaranteed fare. They ended up charging me about 4 times for a duplicate ride, and several others that I did not go on. When I called my bank to cancel the illegal tranactions (actually Yellow Cab was stealing from me) --Yellow Cab cancelled my account. This is great for business. Get rid of customers and keep bad drivers....??? Then there was the time the driver added a $3 tip because he thought he deserved it?? When I first started using Yellow Cab, it was fine; unfortunately, I have also noticed that the cabs smell very bad, either from the driver or the cab not being clean. Doesn't anyone inspect the cars or drivers? The smell was really bad and I could not breath. I have left several messages for their director of customer relations - Scarlett - and have never heard from her again. What's up with that?     Good service. Most drivers quality. Company takes suggestions or concerns seriously. Fair pricing & tell you price before sending cab.
