My bf and I needed a taxi on a Friday morning to el cerrito Bart station to get to a flight in SFO to Vegas. I called Thursday afternoon to set up a pick up time for Friday morning at 7:30am. The guy on the phone had a horrible heavy accent and when I told him what day and time I needed service , he said that they don't drive at that time. Then I'm thinking are you shitting me? Cabs should always be available! So I said what? And he paused and he said ok and I said ok? You will be here on Friday at 7:30am? He said yes I will call you Friday morning at 7:25am. After that was said and done the next morning, it was 7:25am and I got no call from the stupid cab driver. We went down by our car and still no cab. I called and nobody answered, I called again and I said I called about a cab yesterday and there is nobody here, I have to catch a flight in SFO! The guy never showed up!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Avoid this place at all costs - on second thought , avoid cabs at all costs! Get a ride from someone you can trust will be there!

Fatwan had a taxi that said "Diamond" taxi on the outside - but he was fast and courteous, conversational and funny. I pointed this out to him and he angrily denied it. He seemed very impatient, driving jerkily and erratically, nearly colliding with a car pulling a trailer and angrily blaming it on the other driver while I held on with white knuckles. It took a long time for him to get us on the bridge using his bizarre, round-about route. In the end, we paid forty dollars more than we had the week before for the very same ride. Never again.

I called this place as a back up and said they would be at my place in 10 minutes. Nobody showed up so I drove myself to where I needed to go. Some where along my driving I got a call - assuming it was them - I didn't answer as I was already pissed and didn't feel like cursing someone out. I don't get why cabs are not dependable (at least in the Bay Area) these people live off of driving cabs and making fares and apparently these people don't care for money to give people who will pay them to take them somewhere!
