They tell you it's a 200 dollar charge to check and clean it and if they need to do further work, it would be used towards that. When the person arrived it was a completely different company (first red flag). He upsold services and was out the door in about 10 minutes. His company is allegedly named "green air chimney service" and his name is "Mike". When I voiced this to Omar at this company about the exuberant pricing he agreed with me and didn't understand why he charged so much. I expected Adam Chimney to handle it and instead gave my number to "Mike" who called yelling saying he will not be returning any money (I'm not exaggerating for effect: man called YELLING). I hung up and called Omar back and that was a week and a half ago. I've filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and we'll be handling and they are investigating this but I wanted to leave a review to warn any potential victims of these people.
