He not only handled the cleaning and repairs with expertise but also took the time to thoroughly inspect my fireplaces and answer all of my questions. His clear explanations and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free and reassuring. We ended up having clogged spark arrestors, clogged pipes, and didn't have a waterproof seal on the chimney. The last chimney sweep that happened a couple of months ago didn't even catch this, which was crazy. Greg also vacuumed out the interior of the fireplace and we immediately saw improvement - no back smoke in sight! I'd highly recommend him for anyone who needs fireplace maintenance and repair.
