We were having horrendous back smoke and knew something was off. Most chimney cleaners and service people were not free in my area for a month, and after a phone call, he was here in a couple of days! From the moment he arrived, Greg was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He not only handled the cleaning and repairs with expertise but also took the time to thoroughly inspect my fireplaces and answer all of my questions.
