Update 10/21/2026: We received notification from management after this review that the manager…read more(who needed to sign off on ordering our part) was out of the office. He apologized and told us it should not have taken that long to get the part ordered. He also mentioned that our original technician has been researching on how to fix this issue as our home had an unusual outdoor gas pipe. We agreed it would be best to wait the extra 3 days to have him come out to fix it when the part came in. Detrick arrived and saved the day. He was able to install the part and turn our hot water back on. The manager also came to the house to verify the completion of the job. Overall: Detrick has been amazing technician. He was able to repair the gas line and the work was well done. His hands were tied when he could not get sooner approval to order the part we needed. That was simply out of his hands. Management did offer an apology and even came to the house to ensure that the project was completed, which was very respectable. We do have M&S on for our house maintenance and will continue to use them. The communication could be better as we waited over 2 weeks to get our gas line fixed.
