The only saving grace of this place is that their office manager is such a sweetheart. So polite and kind. But a high bill and an additional $50 in supplies later to fix my wall, I finally have another outlet.

HVAC got on the phone to call a "master electrician" because the damage was in the vicinity of the high voltage power into the house. Within 20 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, Griffin Harper showed up and took charge of the situation and spent time giving me recommendations for maintaining the box.
