This is such a destresser and an awesome experience So I bought a coupon from groupon and attended this super awesome paint nite hosted by Julie Ducap I saw her 535 five star rating and attended this paint night I painted this awesome bridge under the cherry blossom Julie actually walked us through every single step and very easy Please see my painting and I'm someone who can't draw a straight line After we all were done every ones painting looks the same and exactly like the original one Phew !! I'm so super excited that am going to have a tough time sleeping tonight The entire painting is completed in two hours and with a break So this really is a cool concept Order ur appetizers and drinks and paint on Every one was so super excited painting this awesome painting step by step The host Julie made this complicated looking 3D painting seem like a cake walk What I loves in Ellen's Bar and Grill was the class room style seating and of course Julie had a mike so everyone could hear her She actually went to every single table and walked them through the steps I would strongly recommend Paint nites and if possible hosted by Julie Super awesome experience!!

Had a great experience with Paint Nite! We got our tickets through Groupon so the price was very much reasonable. Our teacher Steve was awesome, personable and extremely helpful. They provide everything you need to have a fun time. There are various locations all around the GTA. We did ours up in Markham.

This is a lot of fun! I'm the type of person who has difficulty drawing stick people, so I was tentative to try this out. Needless to say, the instructors guide you throughout the whole thing step-by-step and even help salvage your painting if you make any mistakes :) You get to choose which painting you want and the process is simple. Just go on to their site, look up dates and venues and then choose the one you want. If you're just as worried as I was, try sorting them out by difficulty level. One thing I wasn't too fond of was that it took quite some time to do the event that we wanted, because most of the events kept getting cancelled. I would encourage people to try this out with friends, significant other, and even family. I'm definitely going to take my sister next time!

Needed a special gift for Mother's Day this year so I decided to get her a paint nite workshop. Everyone paints the same picture but you're free to change it up. Super cool environment since it's usually at a pub/bar so you can order a drink (extra charge of course). The instructor was super nice and helpful. Only downsize was paint colours are given. Would have been nice to choose different colours rather than trying to mix them.

.@PaintNiteTO Loved, Loved Loved this! Think about it, for $25 (with promo code) you can get a piece of art work that you've painted yourself. Granted, it's not a real original piece but it's definitely one of a kind! As someone who is extremely apprehensive with anything creative and freestyle (being and engineer and all) this event was exceptional in allowing me to paint something that I want (you pick the event you want to attend based on location and painting before hand) and TEACH ME how to do it. I didn't believe it either, but based on their gallery most people seem to be able to easily replicate the original painting more or less - the impossible will be possible. The events are held in different bars and venues around Toronto, you'll easily be able to find something close to you. They set up small easels and canvases across a long table. Looks cramped, but really isn't. You can get drinks at the bar (but be careful not to mix up your drink with your paint water!). They give you smocks, the canvas, all the paint you need on a paper plate for mixing, and brushes. Very organized and well thought out. The instruction is quite basic, and you can pick your event based on difficulty too. Lexie (the artist) and Jon (helper) did an excellent Jon explaining, helping out everyone with tips, what to do next. They were not intimidating at all, and was very approachable. And they understood that most people attending the event are there for the very reason I was, anxious about painting haven't done it since oh, kindergarten. I would totally do this again, something for the home, a gift for parents. Not sure how it would work if my husband and I went together and did the same painting. Great date idea. Great rainy day Sunday idea - bring a plastic bag to take home your painting if it is raining.

3 friends and I went for Paint Nite in Fionn MacCool in Mississauga's Heartland area. In a nutshell: go on the website and select location/painting of your choice - level of difficulty is shown. Once you arrive, you are seated with an easel, paint, paintbrush, blank canvas and apron. After introductions, the instructor shows step-by-step how to paint. The good: - Fun activity to do with friends, you can take home a painting that you made yourself - Regular price is $45 but there's plenty of options available to pay $25 plus tax only - I used code julie20 that a coworker gave me. Decent value. - The instructor and her 2 helpers were sweet and friendly, with a good sense of humour The bad: - Seating at this location was really tight - The aprons we were given were mostly pretty dirty (covered in a lot of paint from previous classes) - There was less learning than I anticipated ... we did a bit of blending but otherwise no real technique. For the leaves for example, we were instructed to just blot the paintbrush. The end result of even the instructor didn't look as pretty as the original image. - Instructor did not have a microphone - she did advise that this isn't always the case. I might give Paint Nite a try again someday, but at a different location. Note: no food/drinks are included. You can purchase drinks and apps, but this location told us we couldn't order mains since there wouldn't be room.

I have to say, paint nite is something you can do with friends, alone, your other half. You just need to go, have fun everything is provided. You're welcome to order anything you'd like to drink and pay as you go. Just pick a theme/ picture that you feel comfortable with and like. There's also an awesome step-by-step guide by a teacher. You only have to go with an open heart and bring your artistic side out. I went to the Danforth - Fox and Fiddle location, it's spacious and quiet on Saturday mid- noon. As we pack into the evening, where patrons of the pub coming in, it got a little rush and I felt we are rushing to finish off the painting. But overall, it's a fun event.

I highly recommend using a coupon code or groupon to get a discount to make sure you get your money's worth. Our event took place at marche which was nice. Even though there was a venue change due to a pipe leak at sushi spring, our instructor got things organized quickly. She had an awesome personality and was really funny. Paint nite is fun with a group of friends and is a nice way to de stress, and have a few laughs after work. You don't learn too much technique, and I probably wouldn't hang my painting up, but I'd definitely do it again. I'd probably choose another painting though.

Paint nite is such an excellent way to spend a few hours with your girlfriends. I am terrible at painting or art in generally, but the instructors make it an easy and fun experience when everything was broken down into steps. I usually go once every month or two with my sister or girlfriends. What a great way to spend a few hours drinking, snacking on apps, and painting :)

My terrarium. You can see the chip on the vase. The vases are very poor quality.

Having an industrial loft atmosphere, this venue is right in the heart of downtown Toronto near the Entertainment district and hustle and bustle of King West. My partner and I had gotten engaged in 2019 where we had signed a contract with Second Floor Events after looking at many other venues in Aug 2019. Our wedding was supposed to happen in Oct 2020, but due to the pandemic, we were forced to postpone where we officially held our wedding reception at Second Floor events in Oct 2021. From the very first meeting with Nicole, the Events Producer, to tour the venue, to meeting our Event Coordinator, Cindy, we knew we were in great hands. When COVID hit, we had decided to postpone our Oct 2020 date to Oct 2021, something Second Floor Events was very accommodating with. We were able to choose a new date to our liking with no extra added costs. Due to pandemic restrictions, it was tough knowing when to start planning for our Oct 2021 as my partner and I eagerly waited to hear more news from the provincial government. Finally, as the pandemic restrictions slowly lifted, we reached out to our event coordinator, Cindy, about 2.5 months before our event was supposed to take place. With a short timeline to pull the whole event together, Cindy was responsive and answered all our questions during the planning process right to the day of the wedding. We were also surprised when we had the tasting how good the food tasted (which was very important!); we were also able to customize/change any aspects of the dishes we tried to our liking and tastes. During the wedding day, Cindy as well as the Second Floor Events staff was able to make sure things were more or less on schedule. Although we had a few hiccups, many guests raved about the food and what a great time they had. The beautiful venue itself added to the atmosphere of the entire night. As stressful as the planning was, we were glad and appreciative of the staff at Second Floor Events and wouldn't have imagined celebrating with our family and friends any other way. Overall, beautiful venue in the heart of downtown Toronto, great tasting food, and great staff to work with and coordinate your next event. Could not have asked for more! Thank you Second Floor Events!!

As Urgent as this was, we received a response almost immediately from an inquiry request from Andrew. We set up a walk through tour of the facility for the next day. This Banquet Hall is within a "strip mall" like building. To my surprise, there are multiple Banquet rooms (4 rooms total) that they have to offer accordingly to your guest count. ALL of the rooms are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Clean, spacious, and up to date renovations that surely will impress you and your guests. They offer a variety of packages & work with multiple vendors to make it your one stop shop. The Venue is located in a good area & the Pricing point is shockingly affordable. I say shockingly bc you would expect for the way this venue is set up to be far more costly than what it is. They have a good sized on site kitchen for use. Multiple small office rooms to use for party purposes (if available and upon request). Clean spacious bathrooms. Handicap accessible on the top floor. They do not have a ramp or elevator that leads to the downstair banquet rooms, only stairs. Plenty of parking on the backside of the building as well as street parking in front. Overall just an absolute gorgeous facility! We are so grateful to Marianne & Andrew for their phenomenal service. It felt like we were talking and dealing with family & Marianne made sure to take care of us in every way possible. She really was looking out for the well being of our family and took into consideration of our situation. She is the absolute Best! I am looking forward to our next big event so we can host it here. Food was good, my decorations were stunning, servers were so helpful, bartender was on top of serving my guests with a smile and security guarded that door the entire night which made my guests and I feel at ease with the teenagers and younger kids at the party. I chose the emerald package so they set everything up for me and cleaned everything at the end of the night. Totally worth the price. Very happy with Treasure Banquet Hall. I booked NudeTO like 8 months in advance like the super type A human that I am and they were nothing but gracious, professional and quick with their responses as I changed details, dates, constant questions, etc. throughout the process. The day of the event, the crew of 3 (manager, instructor and model) showed up early as promised, quickly got to work setting up and were ready right on time. Of course, we weren't. While we waited for the rest of our guests to arrived the NudeTO crew patiently waited for about 30-40 minutes with ZERO complaints. Our model Carl literally hid in the bathroom the whole time so as not to ruin the surprise. When we finally started the instructor was SO amazing. We had a group of 25 girls drawing and she kept everyone on track. Our model Carl. Omg. He was something out of this world. I wish I could write all of the hilarious comments I was told about him after but they are not PG13. So good looking. Now, let me get to the best/worst part. In the middle of the class (which was set up in our basement) the upstairs toilet leaked into the basement causing complete chaos. We had to take like a 30 min break while things got cleaned up. Again, no complaints or stress from the NudeTO crew. Once we were able to restart, they got everyone focused again so quickly and the toilet was forgotten. I was SO impressed and incredibly grateful to them. In the days since, I have received numerous compliments on how much fun everyone had, how amazing Carl was, best bachelorette ever, etc. Do not hesitate to hire NudeTO. Not only do they deliver an amazing experience, but they role with the punches of an unpredictable event with so much professionalism. Thank you to the whole crew!!!
